{10 years later}

"Mar!" I yelled from the car.

"Yeah mom?" She asked.

"Your lunch babe." I said. She smiled at me and grabbed it from the car window.

"Thanks. I love you." She said.

"Love you too. Have a good day at school." I said.

My daughter. Thirteen. Where did the time go?

I watched as she ran over to her friends. God she looked so happy.

I smiled and drove out of the parking lot. As I was driving Chris's name popped up. I answered the call in my car.

"Hey." I said.

"Hi." I said.

"I ordered us coffee from the shop. You wanna go pick it up?" He asked. He was breathing heavy.

"Why are you breathing like your life depends on it?" I asked and laughed.

"Sorry. I just had a huge workout. Coffees." He said.

"Yes I'll pick them up." I said and laughed.

After Mariana I hadn't acted as much. Or at all really. Chris focused a lot more on his website. He did a few things here and there but not a lot. We had finally started feeling a little more like a regular family.

Mariana went to a private school. A lot of the kids had parents that were lawyers, authors, doctors, all those things. So they didn't make fun of her that her parents were in the eye of the media and actors.

"Okay thanks. Love you." He said.

"Love you too. Bye." I said.

............................................................

"Christopher! I have your coffee." I said as I came in the house.

Chris came running in with just a towel on.

"Hi." I said and laughed. He grabbed his coffee and kissed me.

He aged beautifully. He was still toned and had a perfect jawline and features. The only thing that changed was the little streaks of gray in his hair, which I loved.

Hottest 50 year old if I've ever seen one.

Chris pulled away the kiss and stared at me.
"Hey mamas." He said. I rolled my eyes.

"You're something." I said.

"I know." He said. I rolled my eyes again and went into the kitchen. Chris set his coffee down and went into the bedroom to change, before coming out again.

He came in and took his coffee before sitting down.

"You look really nice today." He said.

"I just drove mar to school." I said and laughed.

He hummed and took a sip of his coffee.
"You still look good." He said and smiled.

"Thank you. What's on the agenda today?" I asked.

"Hanging with my beautiful wife and then dinner with my beautiful daughter." Chris said.

I smiled.
"Sounds good." I said.

"Do you wanna go shopping?" He asked. I smirked.

"What's with you?" I asked him.

"I wanna treat you." He said.

"Okay." I said.

............................................................

"Oh shit. Chris we have to go pick mar up." I said as I checked my phone. It was almost time for school to be over.
