A Bender In Neverland

Hi Guys

As I was sleeping peacefully in my bed, dreaming of unicorns and ponies

I was greeted by the cruel sun and kids jumping on my bed telling me to wake up

I groaned awake to see gilda telling the kids off

"Sorry harley, they just don't want to waste any moment while you're still here." gilda said with a sad smile

I smiled back and said yawning"Don't sweat it g. Let me wake up some more and I'll be ready."

"Um, harley..."

"Yeah?" I glanced at gilda

"Everything's gonna be alright, yeah? You're gonna live and escape with us, right?" gilda asked her voice shaky.

I sighed and smiled then said "Everything's gonna be alright. There's no need to be afraid."

"Yeah, you're right." gilda said

Then we heard some of the kids calling her name. She went to go help them leave me all alone in the room

I looked at the clock to see it was past 7

I sighed and went to get ready for the day

-Timeskip-

As I stood in front of the wall, device and a sack in hand

I put the device in my picket and tied the sack securely on my waist using a bit of rope

I got a bit of distance for a runway, then I started sprinting

Not slowing down as I bended the water from the air to be stepping stones until I reached the top of the wall

"That was easy enough..." I said brushing my clothes

I looked right then to the left and said "Now to find the place where they escaped."

As I found where it was, I bended the water from the air again to make an ice claw

I cut myself then used my blood as a marker for them to use

After I was done and was sure it wasn't going to fade, I again got some water and healed my hand

"This air water really is good." I said stretching my hand as I looked at it in wondee

"Probably this side of the world isn't that much polluted." I said

I sighed and went back to my plantation, I called home

As I returned back to where I started, I sat down letting my feet dangled on the edge as I looked over the ravine

As I was about to grab my pen and notebook from my sack

I felt something wasn't right

I looked around to see nothing was moving, everything was paused in place even the wind

I looked around frantically and called out "I know you're there! Come on out!"

Just then I heard giggling, then He showed up in front of me

"Hello again... It's been a long time since we've seen each other." He said

"Yeah. It has hasn't it? So... What do you want?" I asked, confused about why is He here and not in his regular place

"Oh nothing just came here to tell you that you're going to die tonight." He said making me shocked

"Well... That was all goodbye!" He said opening up a portal

"WAIT A DAMN MINUTE, YOU FLOATING DEMON BABY! WHAT DO YOU MEAN I'M ABOUT TO DIE?!" I shouted grabbing him by the collar of his cape

"No need to shout, I was only joking." He said as he fixed his cape

"Oh thank god... And for a second there I thought I was gonna die tonight. Hehe." I sighed in relief

"Oh no. I was just joking about leaving after dropping that information. You are going to die." He said nonchalantly

I took in a deep breath and calmed myself and asked "I messed up the story haven't I?"

"Yes but not that badly, I helped here and there so that all will be the same from the story... Mostly that is."

"So I'm going to die tonight?"

"Yes. I know what you're thinking but what about Lambda. Well to make things short, The nobles want you to be a tribute to them to the point of not backing down."

"So... How am I gonna survive this?"

"Don't worry. Remember I still have a little something to give you."

"Oh yeah! What is it?"

"A favor. But I can't give any significance that will alter the story like kill all demons or let every human free. No, it has to be for your own. Meaning a wish for you and only for you."

I was shocked but composed myself and whispered in his ear

"That's interesting. Very Very Interesting... Alright then I'll allow it."

Making both of us smile

"Then I'll see you tonight then. See you later." He said disappearing and making the world move again

As I went back to sitting on the edge grabbing my pen and notebook as well as paper

As I started writing down somethings

I was busy writing so many things that I filled up my notebook and wrote over 30+ letters

I looked up above to the limitless sky and saw it was already late in the afternoon that the sun was about to set

I used the rope this time because my hands are fucking dying and I couldn't be bothered

I did some george of the jungle shit but instead of crashing into a tree, I grabbed a sturdy branch and climbed down

I ran to the house and went straight to my room not encountering anyone for some reason and placed the sack under my bed

As I caught my breath, I went downstairs to hear mama

"Welcome back, harley. I hoped you had a wonderful day." mama said looking at me with a smile, watch in hand

I smiled and said "I had a blast!" then I looked over to where the older kids where at and saw anger, shock, scared faces

I saw tears threatning to fall from emma's eyes. Norman bitting his lip. Ray clenching his fists and teeth. Gilda covering her mouth while don was scared, shaking his head

I couldn't do anything but just give them a sad smile and say "Hi guys."
