-- A couple of days earlier (Harley's POV)  --

"Live on a tree?" Ray asked

"Yeah! If you were gonna do this right then we're gonna do this the right way. And the first step to that is to find Lambda, free the kids then get one of Minerva's followers to tell us where the tree is... Easier said than done." I said

"Do you even know where Lambda is?" Norman asked

"No, I just know it's located far west in the demon world. That's all I know. The books didn't even say where the lab is." I said

"That's going to be a problem." Mama said

I looked at Mama and asked "Weren't you like the right hand woman to Grandmother?"

"Grandmother?" The kids asked

"Yeah! Mama's mama. You know. The one who raised Mama as cattle like us. Who got promoted to Grandmother." I explained

They looked at me shocked to which I asked "What?"

"What do you mean. What?" Ray came over to me and pinched both my cheeks

"Why the hell didn't you tell us this kind of information?!" Ray asked

"I id'n wo it as mporan (I didn't know it was important)!" I tried to speak through painful pinched cheeks

Ray let me go and I tried soothing the pain of my chubby cheeks and said "I thought you knew. Clearly I was wrong."

"I know you read about all of this Harley but this... This explains a lot." Mama said

"What do you mean?" Norman asked

Mama looked at me and smiled "And here I thought your words were genuine back at grace field."

"It was genuine believe it or not. Do you know how I felt when you died. Even though I didn't know you personally. That shit broke my heart into pieces let me tell you. I cried for hours. It also didn't help that it was mother's day." I said

"I died?" Mama asked

"I wasn't supposed to say that..." I realized what I just did

"Tell us what happened in the story, Harley... All of it." Norman said

"I can't do that. I already messed up too much as it is." I said

"You already gave too much. What's the point of hiding it all? Wouldn't it be better to tell us what the upcoming events will be?" Yuugo asked

"I tell them the events before they are about to happen so they could have at least an even higher chance of surviving." I explained

"But let's say that it would really help us a lot. Would you still tell us?" Yuugo asked

"Maybe, I don't know. Too many unknown variables to be honest. I don't want to stress on every little thing. That's why I just think on the spot most of the time." I said

"Wait a minute. Back at grace field, you said you were a fan of the story, right?" Norman asked

"Yes. I did." I said with a smile

"Can I ask, what did you think about the first arc of the story?" Norman asked

"I think it was good, the art style in the manga was good but the animation was even better in my opinion. It really emphasized certain moments in the story." I said giving my honest opinion completely geeking out right now

"How about mama? Can you tell us about how she was as a character?" Norman asked

"She's a badass. Let me tell you. Oh! The first scene where she was introduced made my heart stop. I was like who is that woman. She can be my mama anytime if you know what I mean hehehe. Oh! And when the kids made their escape and mama let her hair go. Bruh I stan Long haired mama isabella." I said gushing. I was a complete mess. Blushing and squeling

"How about Norman? What did you think about the kid?" Norman asked

"Bruh. Norman got a lot of hate for killing the demons. Let me tell you. People called him a nazk for commiting genocide but there was also a lot of people who supported him saying that it was the most practical thing to do to survive. Norman got a lot of hate but Ray got away scot free. Ray knew about the secret of the house and didn't do anything and became a snitch for mama. But with the cards he was dealt with, he didn't have much of a choice." I explained

Then  it dawned on me, I quickly turned to look at Norman and said with malice "You son of a bitch."

"You really were a fan." Emma said

I paid her no mind and pointed a finger at Norman and said "How could you!"

Norman gave a 'hehe' smile and said "Don't be like that. Weren't you happy you got to talk about the story?"

"That may be true! But you still used me!" I said acussingly

"So... Can you talk about me next? What do you think of me during the story." Emma asked

"You were too much of an idiot relying too much on the power of friendship and being the main character bullshit." I said

"That's a bit harsh." Emma said with a sweat drop

"Oh honey that's the whole plot point in the goldy pond arc even at the end." I said then realized something

I started banging my head on the wall as I screamed "DAMN IT!"

"So I really did save humanity." Emma said

"Yes, I already said that. The ending pissed me off though. It's true that you all get to live happy lives in the human side but Emma forgets her memories and gets sent to another part of the human side where only one man lives there and takes her in with the rest of the kids trying to find her only to meet her again not knowing who she was to them. The ending for me felt rushed, it could have been better in my opinion." I said

"I forgot my memories?" Emma asked

While the rest look at me in shock "GOD FUCKING DAMN IT!" I screamed knowing I fucked up big time

"FORGET I SAID ANY OF THOSE THINGS!" I shouted

"Wait! I forget my memories?!" Emma asked looking at me to confirm it

I bit my tongue and looked away, shaking my head no

"Harley, please tell me. How did I forget my memories?" Emma asked

"Why did you think the ending was stupid, Harley?" Ray said

I really was about to burst because when you ask an anime fan about their favorite animes, they couldn't help themselves with information dumping on them. The feeling of joy that you get to talk to someone about something that you like that was the feeling I was feeling

I couldn't help myself and just sighed and said "Because the contract should have been void in God's word. Demons would never hunt humans that was the agreement but since the demons built farms and hidden playground/hunting grounds they broke the promise that was agreed and instead of just magically sending the human to the human side, the god wanted something in return even though more than a 1000 years has it been since the promise was broken. It stupid." I explained

I felt defeated and said "I'll tell you what I know. There's no point in hiding it anymore. Ya'll just gonna make me weeb out about it anyways. Just promise me one thing..."

"What is it?" Ray asked

"All of us survive this... To be honest, I was also an idiot too. I wanted to save everyone so badly to the point that I would do anything to increase the chances of survival. I already fucked up the timeline. So promise me, that we will all protect each other until the end. No one has to die." I said

Everyone laughing at what I said

"We already do that, you dummy." Don said

"We're family, we've got each others back." Gilda said

While the rest agreed. To which I smiled and said "Thanks guys... but how about I tell you all once we free the Lambda kids?"

Getting groans from everyone but agrees none the less

We went to work on how to find Lambda and the rescue plan once we found the lab
