The Boomback is a part of the unknown class, As young hatchlings Boomback dragons are affectionate and friendly and they learn how to fly by exploding out of their eggs, causing them to launch into air as they come down they start flying. Like Songwing dragons, they also hatch in a pair. Boomback hatchlings have compact bodies. Their rounded heads have a very short muzzle and a wide mouth lined with peg-like teeth with rounded tips. Additionally, Boombacks sport a pair of curvy horns. Their tails are short and thick. Their coloration is slate grey with shaded orange-yellow-red bellies and angular patches of the same color along their backs and heads. The wing fingers are slate grey with shaded fire orange webbing. Their study flat-footed feet have three green nails. The appearance of adult Boombacks are unknown at this time.
