Thirteen - Breaking the Boundaries

It has been two weeks since the time Taehyung met Jisoo's mom. Since then, Jisoo has been acting up differently.

Well, it's not like she was not talking to him or she's ignoring him completely. She talks to him decently, she still cooks for him, goes and comes home from school together but... Taehyung knew that there was something bothering her inside.

She talks to him but not so much, only a couple of words. She only says something when Taehyung talks to her. She smiles at him but her eyes tell something different. For him, it's like her forcing her to smile. In her eyes, he knew that she was hurting.

All this time Taehyung has been very bothered. He hates it when she's like this. He misses the cheerful and all-smiley Jisoo. He misses her.

Lisa: "We're doing our best to make her tell us what she's thinking, Oppa. But... she has been secretive for the past weeks." She said with a sad tone.

Taehyung has been meeting Jisoo's friends without her knowing. He's eager to know what's going on with her. Of course, he tried asking her directly if something's bothering her since that conversation they had with her mom but she's not saying anything.

Rosé: "We've been asking her what's going on, why she seems to be different these days but she would usually just say she's fine." She said with a worried tone.

Jennie: "Maybe she just needs time. Jisoo's a strong and independent woman, she's matured enough to handle her situation. I'm sure she will talk to us once she's ready." She told them.

The girls nodded while Taehyung was still in deep thought. It's not like he does not agree with what she said but... he cannot stand seeing her like that anymore.

Everyone remained quiet for some time. The girls just watched as Taehyung looks afar, drowning in his own thoughts. They can't stop admiring this guy... who genuinely cares for their friend. Such a responsible one!

Taehyung took a deep breath before saying something.

Taehyung: "Well then. Just update me when you get something, okay?" He told Jisoo's friends with a soft voice.

The girls nodded their heads repeatedly.

Jhope: "Looks who's here!" He announced.

It's Friday night and Taehyung and his friends decided to meet. This group of friends decided to turn Jungkook's basement into their own bar area where they get to chill instead of going to clubs.

Taehyung: "Bro." He said as he approach his friends.

Suga: "We haven't seen you here for some time, Taehyung. How's everything with you?" He asked before taking a sip of his beer.

Jungkook who's at the bar counter took a beer and handed it to him.

Taehyung: "Been busy lately, Bro. Had some important things to take care of." He simply said.
