You and Yoongi have been married for over a year now and you recently found out you were a month pregnant.

You haven't even had the chance to tell him yet because he's been so busy at work, with their upcoming album.

As you were laying on the couch, Yoongi walked in through the front door. He looked really tired and had puffy bags under his eyes.

"Y/N I'm home!" he belted while closing the door behind him.

You get up from the couch and shuffled towards him. He wraps you in a warm hug as you bury your face into his chest, breathing in his sweet cologne.

"Yoongi, I need to show you something."

He slowly lets go of you and you gesture him to follow you upstairs. You enter your bedroom and grab the pregnancy test that was sitting on the dresser, handing it to him.

He looks at it with furrowed eyebrows, then back at you.

"You're pregnant?"

You nod and a big gummy smile spreads across his face.

"How far along?"

"One month."

"Really? Your stomach is still flat." he responded, lightly poking your stomach.

"Well it takes longer for some women to start showing than others."

He hums then says, "Well I'm gonna make dinner now."

He then kisses your forehead and walks out the room leaving you standing there.

Thats it?

I just told him that I'm one month pregnant and that's all he has to say?

You start feeling frustrated with him and when he calls you down for dinner you tell him your not hungry.

He ate dinner all by himself that night, and thought about the previous events.

Maybe he didn't seem as excited as you wanted him to be, almost a bit dismissive.

But it's not because he didn't want a kid, in fact this was one of his dreams. He just scared he won't be a good father.

However he didn't tell you this because he didn't want to worry you.

It's been a month since you told Yoongi you were pregnant and he was at the studio with Hoseok while you were at work.

"Yoongi, are you ok? You've seemed really distracted lately." Hoseok asks, looking over at him while he was zoning out.

"Yeah I'm just tired." he replies, sighing.

"I feel you. This comeback has been draining for all of us." he says, patting him on his back, which is drenched in cold sweat.

Suddenly Yoongi's phone rings. He answers it and excuses himself, leaving the room.

"Hello?"

"Hi is the Min Yoongi?"

"Yes?"

"We are calling from Kangbuk Samsung Hospital and we're really sorry to say your wife has been in an accident."

The word accident triggers a part of his brain and a single tear streams down his face, which he quickly wipes.

He was in an accident when he was little and almost lost his life.

"WHAT?!" he shouts, the sadness quickly turning into concern and anger.

"Sir please calm down sh-"

"DONT YOU DARE TELL ME TO CALM DOWN, SHES PREGNANT!" his heart was racing as he hung up the phone.

He burst through the studio room and told Hoseok the bad news. He immediately volunteers to drive him to the hospital.

When they get there, the nurse at the desk instantly points them in the direction of where to go. Although it didn't seem like it on the outside, Yoongi was really worried and heartbroken on the inside.

They go to your room to see a sign telling them to wait on a bench until the doctor comes out.

Hoseok plops himself on the bench. Yoongi sitting beside him, resting his head in his hands.

"It's all my fault." he mutters, tears streaming down his face.

This time he doesn't try to wipe them. Hoseok's heart softens at Yoongi showing his softer side. He didn't say anything though, he just patiently waited.

Eventually the doctor came out the door. Yoongi sprung up from the bench and started asking a bunch of questions. Hoseok doing the same.

"Is Y/N ok? Is she alive? Can we see her?"

"Kinda, yes and yes. She's fine but she broke her right leg and a few ribs."

Yoongi's face drops.

"HUH? what about the other thing?" he says while glancing at Hoseok who was not playing any attention, since you both have decided not to tell the other members yet.

"Miraculously it's fine." Yoongi almost passed out, out of relief and then demanded to see you.

The doctor lets him in and Hoseok stays back to give you two some alone time.

Yoongi rushes towards your bed, his heart shattered seeing you in such a fragile state and not fiesty and fiery like you used to be.

He starts apologizing profusely about how he's been acting since you told him you were pregnant, how he was scared of fatherhood and how he was so worried about losing you both.

"Shhh, Yoongi it's ok. It's not your fault. Honestly I'm kinda scared to be a parent as well, let alone push this thing out of me."

You both chuckle and he squeezes your cold hands tightly, your knuckles turning white.

"Promise you won't ever leave me?"

"Promise."

It's been a week since the accident and the hospital was finally letting you leave.

But you were going to be in a wheelchair so you needed Yoongi's help with pretty much everything. Thankfully he took time off to stay home with you.

"It feels so nice to have you back in the house with me."

You nod but suddenly feel the urge to pee.

"Yoongi can you push me towards the bathroom?"

"Sure, sweetheart."

You get there and you realize you need help peeing. Which was so embarrassing but it's not like he hasn't seen you naked before, since he's your husband.

"Umm Yoongi, can you help me."

He looked at you with a smile and agreed. Slowly lifting you up off the wheelchair, he gently placed you on the cold toilet seat.

"Do you need help wiping too?"

"Shut up."

You finish and he helps you back on the wheelchair and your wash your hands.

A while later he makes dinner and you both sit at the dining table together.

"Yoongi I'm so sorry for all this. I'm sorry for getting hurt and forcing you to take care of me all the time."

"Don't be silly your my wife and it wasn't your fault you got into a car crash. Whether your hurt, pregnant, or sick it's my duty as a husband to always take care of you."

"Thank you so much Yoongi."

He gets up from his chair and hugs you. Well at least tries too as your baby bump was getting pretty big.
