"BABE!?" I hear James call from the living room. "In the kitchen!" I was making  huge plates of lasagna for tonight's family dinner. "Smells sooo good!" He says as he walks up behind me wrapping his arms around my waist and kisses my neck. I smile and put the last of the lasagna together before putting it in the oven. "Thank you love " I kiss his lips and move to the oven sliding the last plate of lasagna in.

"Mummmmmmm!" My seven year old Harry runs into the kitchen. He stops in front of me "yes Harry" he looks to James and then back to me. "Uh can I borrow dad?" I smile and look towards James who is stealing a cookie. "Sure honey!" Harry walks up to James, grabs his hand and walks away. "Mummmy!" I hear my five  daughters voice when I walk out of the kitchen. I sigh with a smile on my face and walk up the stairs to her room. "Yes Melody, can I help you?" She huffs angrily "I can't find anything to wear! And... and Neville is coming! I..I..." she pauses when she said that and looks to me with big eyes. "I didn't say that. Please don't tell daddy!" I smile to her "baby that's for only me and you to know and go with the white dress with the navy blue sandals." She nods and starts getting dressed.

I hear a door close at the end of the hall. James is walking out of Harry's room. "I see you had to help her too." He asks with a smile. The door opens again and  melody pokes her head out. "Mummy can you do my hair too please!?" I nod and she goes back in closing the door. "At this rate we will never get ready." I laugh and tell him "well why don't you go start. I have them. That way I can get dressed and you can watch them and get the food out if I'm not finished." He nods and walks away but not before leaving me with a very long passionate kiss. I smile to myself and walk into Harry's room. He has on jeans and a small white button down. He was in the middle of brushing his hair... or what he would call brushing when he saw me. "Hi baby did you need any help?" He shakes his head "no ma'am! But do I look good? Daddy picked it out." I nod my head, "you look handsome my baby!" He smiles and starts putting on his shoes.

I walk into melody's room, she's sitting at her vanity brushing out her hair. "Mummy! What do you think. Can you do my hair in a half up half down braid?" I nod and walk up to her and start braiding her hair. When I was done she looked at herself with a huge smile. "You look beautiful my angel!" I kiss her cheek as we walk towards the door. I open it just as James and harry were about to knock.

"How do I look daddy?" He squats  down with his arms open. She runs to them and he tells her. "You look beautiful my princess! How about we three go downstairs while mummy gets ready huh?!" We hear someone yell prongs from downstairs. The kids look to each other and yell "uncle pads!" And run down the stairs.

We laugh at them and look back to each other. "I'm going to go get ready  can you take out the fruit and cheeses while everyone arrives?" He nods and kisses my cheek before jogging down the steps. I step into our room. I put on some makeup, put my hair up in a bun with some strands of hair undone on the sides and grab my navy blue dress  out of the closet, With my white flats. James was dressed the same as  Harry. I hear a knock on the door. "Come in!" Remus walks in.

"Hello dear brother!" He comes up to me and hugs me. "Have you told anyone else yet?" He shakes he head. "Your the only one that knows, Sirius and I want to thank you for doing this tonight." I smile and kiss his cheek " you have nothing to thank me for. I'm so happy I'm the first to know though. The gender of the adopted baby is in one of the cookies but I have it hidden. I can't wait for you guys to find out." He smiles with tears coming to  his eyes. "A baby announcement and a gender reveal. Sis gosh I'm sorry! I don't mean to cry I wish mum and father were here to see this." I smile and take his hand in mine. "Me too Moony, me too."

We were about to leave out the door when my bedroom door burst open, and it's my children. I raise and eyebrow with a smile. "Yes!?"they have huge smiles. "Mum dad sent us to make sure you were ready. Everyone is already here. But we didn't get to see uncle Moony. Uncle pads said he might be up here with y-.. UNCLE MOONY!" They run up to him and jump on him. He laughs and holds them up. "Your our favorite uncle Moony! But shhhh don't tell uncle pads. It would kill him." I laugh as we walk out the door and walk downstairs. They were right, everyone is here.  The kids ran off to play with the others as Remus and I walk to the kitchen. We see Mia, Alice, Molly, Arthur, Monty, Sirius, James, and Marlene. "Hello baby! Don't you look sexy!" Marlene winks at me as I walk up to her and hug her. "Thank you love! I put it on just for you." I tell her with a wink. I walk to the counter and look at all the food I had made. I made small finger sandwiches, little sausages, fruit and veggie tray, and a meat and cheese tray.

James wraps his arms around me and puts his chin on my head.  " why don't we all go into the dining room. And we can eat. KIDS DINNER!" I hear a bunch of little feets run in. Everyone was already done eating so I decided to bring out the pink and blue iced cookies. James looks at the cookies and back to me with a questionable look. I smile and set down the cookies. I take Remus's hand in mine as he was holding Sirius's. I look to both of them and nod my head with a smile. I have so much excitement right now. Remus starts talking. "As you all known for a while now Sirius and I have been trying to adopt. Well my beautiful sister here got the papers today on the gender of the baby the surrogate gave us and we are about to find out with the gender is."

James gasps and   look to me with a huge smile. "You didn't tell me!?" I snort "no! You have the biggest mouth here and you would've told everyone before they got the surprise. Besides that's the  reason of a gender reveal only one person knows."

I get up and go grab the cookies from my secret place. They are white with blue and pink sprinkles. I place them down in front of them. "Ready you two? Go ahead take a bite of the cookies!" They look to each other and smile. They both take a bite Sirius has a the cookie with the blue in the middle and remus had the pink one." They look to me confused "I think you did. It wrong. It's only one color sis, for our baby. " I shake my head. "No there's two colors for your two babies!" Their eyes get big and they start crying. "When did you find this out?" They are going  to make me start crying. "Today, they said they missed one. It happens sometimes."

Everyone gets up to congratulate them. I take a pink cookie with me to the kitchen and eat it as I walk to put dishes in the sink. Someone wraps their arms around my middle and kisses my neck. "Can't believe you hid that from me for a week. But over all I'm excited to be a uncle!" I look up and smile at him. "Me too Jamie." I kiss his cheek and walk back into the dining room. James and I finished cleaning up while everyone was outside. "I really am looking forward to taking that dress off of  you tonight darling." My eyes get big as I see our daughter over his shoulder sleeping on the couch. I slap his arm and point to her. "I'll take her upstairs." I smile to him as he walks away.
"We are going to be grandparents again Monty!" I smile as I hear Mia "I know can't wait to have two more little ones again."

I walk toward remus and sirius they both wrap me in a hug. "Thank you sis so much!" I start tearing up. I look at remus as sirius gore and talk to James. "I'm going to be an aunt." He nods and wraps his arms around me. "You are and I want to be a uncle again. You two better get busy." He said as James walk up behind me. "We are trying" I smack James's chest "shhh no one needs to know yet" Remus's smile grew ten times its size. "Are you serious!" I nod as James kisses my forehead "yeah we've been trying for a month now." He starts crying again "I can't stop I'm so happy!" I hold him tight in my arms.

Later that evening everyone went home.James and I head upstairs. He closes the door and says "now I think we need to get started on Remus's request right!?" I giggle as we fall onto the bed.
