Chapter 12

Xiao s pov :

As i was walking in cirles worried in the place where the portal was , suddenly the portal opened again and Aether got out of it

* "AETHER!" i shouted really loud ; he looked really surprised when he saw me here

* i gave him a tight hug and said "im so sorry Aether , i should have stayed with u!"

* "u are bleeding from your arm! Did she hurt u again?!"

Aether s pov :

* i hugged him back tight and said "it s not your fault , and no she didn t hurt me , did u stayed here this whole time...?"

* he nodded and said "let me help u with your arm!"

* i said "it s ok , i ll be fine..." then he looked me in the eyes panicked and whispered "i promise i won t leave u again... im sorry..."

* our faces where really close but that didn t bother me , i was feeling a little better now that Xiao was here , it was like i knew everything will be alright when he is with me ; i shouldn t have yelled at him like that earlyer but at least i didn t lose him , i love Xiao... but now i just want him to be here and to find my sister... and i could never bring myself to break what we have... not again...!

* we stayed like that for a little more in silence then Xiao spoke "did u manage to see your sister...?"

* i nodded in silence and then i explained to him everything that happend in there

* he looked a little surprised as i was explaining then he looked at my arm and softly caressed it "the wound will get worst if we don t take care of it..." he said with a silent and worried voice

* i nodded again and we teleported to the Inn where Xiao carefully bandaged my arm

* i took a room there for the night because it was pretty late alredy and i was totally out of energy

* i was in my room , trying to get some rest but i just couldn t stop thinking about my sister... but i eventually fell asleep...

Xiao s pov :

* i wanted to check on Aether , today was hard for him and i wanted to be there for him , even tho i didn t know how to help him...

* i teleported into his room and i saw him sleeping ,but it looked like he wasn t feeling quite well...  i knew he was worried about his sister ,but there was boting i could do to help with that

* after i whike i found myself carefully sitting next to Aether and watching him sleeping, i missed to see the smile he used to have so bad, ti see him happy again

* i softly caressed his cheek and when i was about to pull my hand back , he took my hand and held it in sleep

* at first i wanted to pull my hand back but i decided to let him hold it... i didn t minded it , as long as he was happy ,i was happy, and tbh i wanted to aswell...

I wanted to finish this chapter last night but i fell asleep with my phone in my hand- im sorry
Also don t ask about Paimon , idk where to put her so yeah- ig she just ian t there ,idk
