Gomez had just taken Meg to the attic and shown her a beautiful white dress.

"This was her wedding dress. Morticia and I were married for thirteen years before she left" said Gomez.

"It's beautiful" said Meg.

"And I still remember how beautiful she was in it" said Gomez.

"To love someone so much for so long... then lose them so suddenly. I know what that's like. Calvin and Sam have been through it more though" said Meg.

"Then they should both know that if you truly love someone, they never leave you. They're in your heart forever" said Gomez.

Outside...

"She disappeared before Mr Addams could do anything to get her back" Lurch explained.

"Gawrsh. But that is romantic. He was willing to throw everything away for love" said Sam.

"Well, now he's broke, depressed and cursed. Nice move" said Charles Wallace.

"True" said Calvin.

He stepped in something and said "Aw, crack! These are my new shoes!"

"Yes. Watch your step here" Lurch warned them.

Charles Wallace stepped in the same goop and said "Aw, crack!"

"Hey! Charles Wallace, don't say crack" said Sam.

"Lurch, you sure you know where you're going?" said Calvin.

Lurch groaned and nodded.

"I will take that groan as a yes" said Sam awkwardly.

Lurch led the Warriors to a mausoleum under an old oak tree.

"Is this it?" said Sam.

"This is it" said Lurch.

Sam read a latin sign on the door and said "Look. It's a warning".

"How do you know that?" said Calvin.

"Robin and I have been studying languages, Calvin. Including Latin. You thought it was dumb, remember? You said it was a dead language" said Sam.

"Well, let's just see how wrong I was about that" said Calvin.

"Beware all who enter. Here lies the passage to the dead" Sam translated.

"Gee. What a passage that sounds like" said Charles Wallace.

Calvin was able to pull the door open with his strength.

"Okay. Sam, you and Charles Wallace stay out here. Lurch, come with me. This is man's work" said Calvin.

"Yes sir" said Lurch.

"But if this is man's work, why aren't I coming?" said Charles Wallace.

"You're too young, buddy" said Calvin.
