Chapter 10

Adele's P.O.V (Whaaaa...)

"Perfect video. This will have Draymen on his hands and knees to save little Flora." I saved the video on my phone and looked down at the girl. She was unconscious and has been for some time. Trails of red were like rivers flowing down her body. She had so many cuts it was like counting the stars. Impossible. She had a bruised shoulder, an easily broken wrist, a deep gunshot wound in her thigh, which the bullet still hasn't been removed. I didn't feel an ounce of sympathy for the girl. She was the product of my mate and another woman's love.

I poked at the bullet wound causing the girl to wince in her sleep. This was funny. "Hand me the gun" I told my beta and he nodded. He went across the room and retrieved the gun for me. I smirked, now holding the gun, and aimed it right were her left breast was. I pulled the trigger and watched in great satisfaction as the bullet sliced through the skin and into her chest. "Send the video to..." The door slammed open and in came my Gamma, being as my beta was the one to do the torture. I would be lying if I didn't involve myself in some of it too.

"Luna...the...t-the alpha of... Rav-Rav..." My gamma was so scared he couldn't speak properly. "Spit it out Jason" I yelled at him, annoyed at his speech skills of the moment. "Alpha Sebastian of the Raven-Ravenwood pack is here." I could literally feel my face pale and my heart stop. "Why" I asked my voice just barely above a whisper. Jason looked at me, "Please don't tell me you hurt the girl that was brought here earl..." He trailed off as his eyes landed on Flora unconscious and bloody on the bed. He quickly adverted his eyes as if scared to look at her. "What does it matter that we tortured her?" I asked quickly. "We're all going to die" Jason said shaking his head as he looked towards the ground. "Why" I yelled. "That girl right there, the one beaten and unconscious is the reason he is here! That's his mate!" Jason yelled furiously back at me.

The whole room went silent. No one moved. No one spoke. I turned my head to look at the girl and just now noticed the mark on her neck. It clearly read 'Sebastian.' "Where is he now..." the basement door burst open sending slivers of metal flying through the air in all directions. I yelped and dropped low to the ground. He was that strong? He just easily broke a metal door! I could kick that door my whole life and never make a dent in it. Well we're done for. I looked up from my position on the floor to see a very angry Sebastian looking around the room. Once his eyes landed on the bed, well I can just say he was furious.

Sebastian's P.O.V

I stood motionless as I took in my severely injured mate. "Flora" I almost choked on her name as I looked at her pale body. "Alpha what do you want us to do with them?" I hadn't even noticed my Beta and my men come into the room. "Take them to the cages" I mind-linked him and he nodded. Looking down at my mate I ran over a ripped the chains off of her frail limbs. She was terrified before this happened. Now she will be even more dramatized. I quickly ripped off my shirt and put it on her, thanking the moon goddess that it covered her until mid-thigh. I then, as softly as I could, picked her up and wrapped her legs around my waist. I held her close to me as I left the house, my wolf urging me to go back and rip everyone to shreds. I could do that another day. For now I had to keep my mate safe and alive.
