SELENE LOCK HATED her messed up demigod life. Full of countless, long battles, whether emotional or physical. Trying a tiring amount to go on a heroic quest, only to be deemed not good enough.
But then again, it's all how half-bloods were treated.
All except Percy Jackson.
Even locking eyes with the 'Prophecy kid' made her blood boil. Of course, out of everyone, a brainless teen with a pen for a weapon was considered good enough.
She was annoyed by even the presence of the boy. Despite this, she can't deny that he was a rather strong hero, due to his skills and powers as a son of Poseidon.
She tried to avoid him at all costs.
That was....until — an extraction came along.
It was rumored that Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, and Thalia Grace would be sent to extract two very powerful half-bloods.
And knowing this, Selene realized it may finally be her chance.
So, sure enough, she pulled a few strings, and she managed to arrive right when the extraction group came in.
