Part 38

(Your POV)

We finally went home and yes, it was the best Christmas ever.

So, here I am, in my room, playing the guitar that Greyson gave me.

I played some songs and the songs that I wrote.

"Sweetie?" Dad asked through my door.

"Come In Dad..." I said, putting my guitar down.

He opened the door and sat down beside me.

"I want you to take care of yourself out there with Greyson. I trust you and him." he said

"Don't worry Dad... Everything will be fine... I promise. I'm gonna call you guys everyday to let you know what's happening and where I am..." I said

He smiled and hugged me.

"By the way, when is his concert here?" he asked

"Tomorrow..." I said

"Oh well, did you pack your clothes?" he asked

"Yeah, they're over there.." I said, pointing at the bags beside my drawer.

He nodded and said, "What do you want for dinner?"

"Anything Dad.." I said as I smiled

"Alright, I'll just cook dinner" he said

He left my room and I started playing my guitar again.

I've been playing for 5 hours... So I decided to take a rest and read a book.

My phone ranged and I picked it up.

"Hello?"

"Hey _____!" Greyson said

"Oh hi!" I said

"Okay, I'm gonna pick you up tomorrow at 6 am...and bring your guitar" he said

"Alright I will... I'll see you tomorrow!!" I said

"Okay, see you!! I love you!" he said

I smiled and said, "I love you too!"

I heard him giggle and said, "Alright, bye sweetie.. Goodnight"

"Good night Grey.." I said

I ended the call and heard Dad yelling, "Dinner's ready!!!"

Me and Courtney went downstairs and we ate our dinner as a family.

This is probably the last time that I'm gonna eat with them... Well, I'm gonna come home...maybe after 5 months?

I don't know but I'll miss them.

"Little sis, when are you gonna leave?" Courtney asked as she ate her chicken.

"6 in the morning..." I said

"Oh, well I guess I'm gonna wake up at 5 or something" she said

I nodded and smiled.

When it was 10 pm, we all went to bed.

I stayed up until midnight... I couldn't sleep. I was too excited!

I fell asleep at 2 am...and 4 am, I woke up.

No one was awake so I decided to cook breakfast.

I cooked pancakes and waffles.

I grabbed the plates and put them on the table and put some spoons, forks and knives.

I arranged everything and no one was still awake.

Well, it's 5 am...

I decided to eat by myself...

I went to Courtney's room and she was still asleep.

I went to Dad's room and he was reading a book.

"Good morning Dad... Breakfast is downstairs..." I said softly.

"Alright, I'll be right there..." he said as he smiled.

I went to Courtney's room again and woke her up.

"Okay, I'm up..." she said

She groaned as she stood up.

"What time is it?" she asked, scratching her head.

"5:15 am" I said

Her eyes went wide and said, "Oh my God... I forgot.. Okay, you go take a shower and change your clothes"

"Okay...breakfast is-"

"I know that... Now go take a shower" she snapped

I nodded and went to bathroom and took a shower.

I wore a white shirt, a leather black jacket, black skinny jeans and black Converse.

I straightened my hair and grabbed my bags and went downstairs.

"Here, bring this..." Dad said

He gave a me a box and it was brownies.

"Thanks Dad..." I said as I hugged him.

"Did you eat breakfast?" he asked

"Yeah.." I said

"Little sister, you got everything? Phone, charger, guitar, shades?" Courtney asked

"Yup! Everything is here" I said

Someone knocked on our door and it was Greyson.

"Hey Greyson" I said

He smiled and said, "Ready to go?"

I nodded and smiled.

"You guys aren't coming?" I asked my Dad and Courtney.

"No...unfortunately.. I have to go to work and Courtney needs to go to school early today" Dad said

I nodded and hugged both of them.

"Take care of yourself alright?" Dad asked

"Yes I will..." I said

"Tell me everything when you call us..." Courtney said

"I know, I will..." I said as I smiled

"I'll miss you guys... Bye Dad.. Bye Courtney.. I'll see you soon" I said, giving them one last hug.

Greyson helped me put my bags in the trunk while I said my goodbyes.

When everything was in the car, me and Greyson went inside.

I waved at them and the driver started the car.

We drove away from my house and went to the place where Greyson will perform.

It's really far away from my house...

"Where are we going after this?" I asked

"We're going to an interview then leave the day after tomorrow to go to Asia" he said

I smiled, "I'm so excited!"

"I know! Me too, especially that you're here" he said as he kissed my cheek.

I probably turned red and I put my head on his shoulder.

He held my hand and talked about everything.

The car finally stopped and we stepped out.

"What about my things?" I asked

"Don't worry, they will put it in the hotel..." he said

Greyson went on stage to do sound check while I stayed in the backstage area.
