Zenitsu and Uzui have a large age gap and even though I don't agree with it I like the ship so. I will change it a little bit, so Zenitsu is 17 and Uzui is 21. Uzui is an art teacher and Zenitsu is one of his students. They're all 17 except Nezuko who is 16. Also for all you people that ship TanZen/ZenTan, I'm sorry but I will be breaking Tanjiro's heart. I love him but this is a UzuZen story. Anyways onto the story!

Zenitsu and Inosuke were walking together to meet up with Tanjiro at school since he was dropping Nezuko off. When they met up with Tanjiro, he told them that he had to speak to a teacher about something. They accompanied Tanjiro and waited until he was done. Then they decided to go to the cafeteria because Zenitsu got hungry.

"Didn't you eat breakfast?" Inosuke asked sarcastically

"Yes but I'm hungry now" Zenitsu said

Zenitsu, Tanjiro, and Inosuke were walking to Uzui's class. Zenitsu was whining because he didn't like that class. (which was a lie)

"I don't want to goooooo" Zenitsu cried

"Zenitsu it's only a one hour lecture, plus he doesn't talk much. We'll be painting and drawing for almost the whole class period. Plus we're not even going there for another 30 to 40 minutes, calm down" Tanjiro said

"Yeah Monitsu calm down" Inosuke rolled his eyes in annoyance

They walked around and talked to some other people. After walking for about 10 minutes they sat down to relax and talk.

"So why don't you like Professor Uzui's class?" Tanjiro asked

"Idk he's weird, and I'm his least favorite student!" Zenitsu said

"I wonder why that is" Inosuke said

"Hey!" Zenitsu yelled

"Monitsu you are always late to class and always making a fuss. Of course, you would be his least favorite student"

"Well, maybe you could start showing up on time and maybe your relationship as teacher-student will get better" Tanjiro suggested

"Fineeee" Zenitsu sighed

"Now let's move on to something else" Tanjiro smiled

"How's Nezuko?" Zenitsu asked

"She's doing well in her new school, she said she likes it so far"

"Is she coming here next year?" Zenitsu asked

(For people confused, the grades are separated. 9 and 10 are in one building and 11 and 12 are in another one)

"Of course, don't try to do anything"

"I'm not!"

"You've been 'simping' for her ever since you saw her" Inosuke joined the conversation

"Well I don't anymore" Zenitsu rolled his eyes

"Yeah cuz you haven't seen her in a while" Inosuke mentioned

"I don't like her!" Zenitsu said

"Anyways" Tanjiro interrupted, "We have to get going"

When they got to class they all sat down in their seats. They were separated from each other. Tanjiro sat two rows behind Zenitsu and Inosuke sat on the other side of the classroom. (not literally)

"Ok class, today will be simple. I want you guys to paint on your canvas what you are feeling today" Uzui said, "I'll put a timer and I'll give you further instructions after the timer goes off"
