Secret Love Uzuzen

Zenitsu stopped in his tracks and turned around, then he started walking toward Uzui. Uzui opened his arms asking for a hug, and Zenitsu gave him one. Zenitsu knew what he was doing he always asked for hugs before asking for a kiss.

"Can I have a kiss, darling?"

"Uzui-" Zenitsu was cut off

"Tengen" Uzui corrected

"We're at school" Zenitsu said

"We're the only ones here, please Zen Zen just one kiss" Uzui whined

Zenitsu sighed, "Fine, but only one!"

Uzui smiled and leaned down. Their lips touched and it was a soft loving kiss. Then it turned into a passionate and still loving kiss. When they parted, Zenitsu hugged Uzui and stayed like that for a while.

"I have to go, my friends are probably wondering where I am" Zenitsu said as he broke the hug

"Ok, see you" Uzui smiled as Zenitsu walked away

"Bye!!" Zenitsu waved and then the door closed

Zenitsu left the room and started walking to where his friends were. When he got there he sat down and Tanjiro looked at him.

"What took you so long? I was starting to worry" Tanjiro said

"Oh, well he hadn't seen it so he helped me look for it." Zenitsu replied

"Oh well um, I have something to tell you" Tanjiro looked away

"What is it?"

"I have a crush on you..."

Zenitsu choked on the food he had put in his mouth. "What?" he asked

"I like you Zenitsu" Tanjiro repeated more confident

"I- I'm sorry Tanjiro, I don't see you that way" Zenitsu said

"Oh," Tanjiro said, "Oh" he repeated after processing what Zenitsu had said

"I'm sorry, you're a great friend I just don't feel the same" Zenitsu said, "I'll leave so I don't make things awkward"

Zenitsu got up and walked somewhere else while Tanjiro wanted to cry.

"I should've known, there was no love other than friends. Of course, he didn't like me."

"Don't beat yourself up. At least you know, it's better to get it over with quickly. If you had waited more time then it would've been worse" Inosuke said

"I didn't want him to leave, what will happen to our friendship?"

"I'll go check up on him, and I'll try my best to not be mean because of the situation" Inosuke said getting up

"Ok, come back after you talk to him" Tanjiro said

-With Zenitsu-

Zenitsu went to Uzui's class. It was the only place that he could think of to be 'alone.' He knocked on the door and Uzui opened it. Uzui was shocked and confused about why Zenitsu was there.

"Zenitsu, what brings you here?" Uzui asked

Zenitsu just threw himself onto Uzui and hugged him tightly. Uzui returned the hug while he closed the door. He knew something was wrong, he could feel Zenitsu trembling in his arms.

"Hey, what's wrong love?" Uzui asked

"I rejected Tanjiro" Zenitsu said as he broke the hug

"Oh, I'm sorry you had to do that love," Uzui said grabbing both of Zenitsu's hands, "I'm sure everything will be resolved if you give him some space and then talk things out"
