"Stop it, Yeji," Ryujin mumbled out of frustration, Yeji couldn't help but tear up with the behavior Ryujin just showed her.

Yeji got home with a bad day and ranted it all out to Ryujin, and it was still the same, so Yeji confronted her.

Because these past few weeks, Ryujin had been acting frigid towards Yeji, specifically behaving as if Yeji is not her girlfriend.

She won't be there whenever Yeji needed her the most, and then the next day, Ryujin asks what happened and when Yeji tells her; Ryujin responds with, 'I hope you'll feel better.'

She didn't even bother considering what her girlfriend feels.

"Come on Ryujin, this is your girlfriend you're talking to" Yeji stood up and followed Ryujin to their room, "Yeah, I know." Yeji's heart broke.

"What did I even do to deserve this? Ryuddaeng, we've been okay three weeks ago. What happened now? Huh?!" Yeji yelled with tears, Ryujin couldn't help but tear up as well.

Ryujin sat on the bed and stayed silent like she always did. Yeji felt as if her feelings were invalidated by the person she thought she had hoped with.

"Ryujin! Answer me!" Ryujin bit her tongue; fighting back the urge to tell her how she actually felt.

"Ryu-"

"You know what Yeji? You are so goddamn annoying! I tried to deal with your shit, but I can't handle it anymore! I tried to be patient with you, don't you know how much pain I've been suffering because of you?" Yeji's mouth opened.

"Ryujin, I always asked you!"

Ryujin brushed it off, grabbed her bag, and left the room.

"Ryujin!" Yeji followed after her, Ryujin stood in front of their apartment door not budging.

Yeji cried, "So, now, you're leaving me?" Ryujin felt tears run down her face, "Fuck, please, I'm sorry Yeji." Ryujin's back faced Yeji's messy face.

Yeji's arm clutched Ryujin's jacket, begging her not to leave, "Please don't." Ryujin felt hurt.

She needed to.

She was toxic too toxic for Yeji.

"I'm sorry," Ryujin opened their apartment door and left; shutting the door closed.

Yeji cried.

She fell to her knees, all she needed was her beside her.

And she left.

What a total narcissist.

The next day, Yeji woke up by the sound of her alarm, it was eight in the morning when it rang, and she felt her eyes hurt; as if it was swollen.

She slept at 4:49 in the morning because of all her tears, she slowly sat up and realized she had work. She brushed it off and groaned, "Fuck, my head feels like it's been stuck to the ground for months."

She stood up and yawned, but before she could make a move, her phone rang.

She snatched it from the other side of the bed, *Incoming call from English Turtle💚*

"This early in the morning?" Yeji had no choice but to respond, "Hello?"

"God toothless, come on and help me here, you know I stand it alone without you here at work." Yeji rolled her eyes, "Shut up lia, I don't feel like going to work today, Ryujin and I had an-"

"Yeah, another useless argument, which leads to angry sex, then apologies, and then ya'll be good again. Girl, wake up! She's a walking red flag." I giggled, "Whatever, but I won't go to work. Thanks for the call though." Lia chuckled.

"It's no big deal, and by the way, Chaeryoung is dating-"

"Felix?"

"Yes!"

My mouth fell open, "But, I ship Felix with my brother, you know?" Lia laughed, "Well, I do too, but I mean-"

"-I could somehow sense that your brother is half straight and half gay." Yeji giggled as Lia whispered the last five words mentioned.

"Okay, I have to go, my boss will kill me. Bye, toothless!" Before Yeji could say goodbye, Lia ended their call.

Yeji sighed and scrolled through her phone; silently sitting down on her bed. And to her surprise, she received a message from Ryujin.

She didn't know how to respond to the amount of pain she felt, but she agreed; selfless Yeji always did.

'God, I know I'm stupid for this.' Yeji thought to herself.

She didn't respond and left Ryujin on reading, she stood up and began getting ready for the day.

— eleven hours later

Yeji just finished getting ready, she look at herself in the mirror and felt relieved that she was finally fixing things with her beloved girlfriend.

*Knock*

Yeji rushed to the door and opened it, Ryujin wore cargo pants with a white shirt and a black Addidas jacket; her short grey hair made her appearance desirable.

"Good evening, my love." Ryujin opened her arms and Yeji instantly ran to her, "I missed you, baby." Ryujin kissed Yeji's forehead.

"I missed you too, Ryuddaeng." Yeji smiled, "I apologize for my behavior last night, you know I would never get annoyed of you. I'm going to take you out shopping tonight, and sex in the end to top it all off."

Yeji giggled and hit Ryujin's arm, "I see, but thank you, I'm sorry too."

"Don't be sorry, It's me who's supposed to be sorry love." Yeji smiled, "Let's go?"

Yeji nodded and Ryujin kissed her on the lips before closing down the door.

"I love you,"
