"𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐅𝐀𝐒𝐓." A cocky smirk found Aurora's face when his figure appeared through the mirror she was checking herself out in. "Of course, I knew you would come to your senses. First love prevails once again."

Klaus fumed at the sight of her face, and it was baffling as a woman he once would do anything for. To stand in such a place where he allowed their lips to reconnect a lost memory left him sick. Now because of her, the women he cared about were going to lose their lives.

Studying Klaus's darkened gaze, Aurora cocked her head with amusement. "I haven't seen you this mad in a thousand years." She played with the tip of a dagger. The handle's engraved with a broken heart. How fitting.

"If you don't behave yourself, you'll see a lot worse."

"But I don't much like that tone!" She stalked toward Klaus innocently, then trailed the dagger's tip down the blaze of his jacket as though to appeal to his good side. "Although, given what I did to Rebekah, I suppose it's to be expected. Unless the source of your ire is the threat I made against your little pets? I don't like the human, she's just an illusion feeding you what you want to hear. But the baby momma, I like. She's a fierce fighter. I'm rooting for her to make it through the night. But then again, you came to me. So much for placing my bets."

Aurora couldn't have predicted her endless provoking would have her pressed against the wall with the dagger she once held in her hand now pinched at her neck. It wasn't enough to scare her or feel threatened. Not even an inkling of fear rose in her being as fast as her smile grew. Her red curls dipped with her head as lust made itself known, rather turned on by the action and decided to add to what she presumed was his playfulness.

"Ooh, are we to play rough now? Foreplay has changed in the last millennium, but I can keep up." Aurora lifted his hand which held the dagger and ran her tongue seductively along the blade with her gaze locked onto his. Blood dripped from her split tongue. She healed in seconds, smiling with blood sunk between her gums. "Tell me. Can your pathetic lovers excite you the way that I can? Can they allow you the joy of giving into your most wicked desires?"
