Rowan Blake was assumed dead by The Justice League. She was never heard from again after leaving that fateful day and quite frankly; they didn't need to look hard enough when they already knew where she was.
Dead. Six feet under. Worm food.
Everybody knew that once she stepped foot in Olympus, she was a dead girl walking, a rogue. Sure, Canary cried for the first time in a long time and was in denial, but she soon found acceptance.
On the one hand, The Young Justice League never really gave up. They always had alerts on if someone by the name of Rowan Blake ever showed up, but they gave up on looking. Either she was dead or never wanted to be found.
And Dick Grayson didn't know if one was better than the other.
