I was spending my Saturday afternoon laying in Riri's bed, swiping through Instagram as she sat on the floor in front of her mirror.

Shuri had left sometime throughout the night and hadn't been seen since.

I figured out the reason why once I tapped on Bria's name at the top of my feed.

"Have you seen this?" I asked Riri who was doing her hair.

"What is it?"

I hopped up from the bed, sitting beside her on the floor.

"Bria and Shuri" I answered, tapping on Brias Instagram story again.

It was a video of Shuri sleeping on her chest as they laid in bed together followed by a picture of them in front of the big Christmas tree that sat in the middle of downtown.

"What the hell" her eyebrows scrunched together. "Are they on a date? Did she spend the night with her? What the hell."'

I shrugged, hiding my hurt and trying my best to act nonchalant about the situation.

"Hazel..."

"Riri, it's fine." I sighed.

"It's not. Have you guys even talked about what happened during Thanksgiving break?"

I just shook my head, returning to lay on the bed, watching the rest of the stories on my timeline.

"I'm just not understanding how she goes from that... back to Bria.." She went on, finishing up her hair.

"I'm really sorry.." She apologized, facing me.

"Why are you sorry?" I laughed. "You didn't do anything. It's fine" I looked up from my phone, putting a smile on my face.

She sighed, still giving me the most pitiful look I had ever seen.

"Just finish your hair so we can go." I rolled my eyes, attempting to lighten the mood.

We decided to go out and have a girls day, consisting of mani-pedis and food.

It helped to take my mind off of everything that's been going on and helped me with ignoring my feelings for a little bit.

I couldn't help but realize how much my feelings had grown for her over the past month and a half. I also couldn't deny that I wanted something more with her... but of course she would rather have that with Bria.

I sighed as the thoughts ran through my mind.

"You okay?" Riri asked as we made our way back home from the restaurant we had just grabbed dinner from.

"I'm fine" I lied.

We walked inside of the apartment, setting the food down on the counter, finding the happy "couple" sitting down on the couch, cuddled up.

I felt Riri's eyes land on me, giving me the same pitiful look from the morning.

"I'm gonna go take a shower." I stated, barely above a whisper before walking quickly to my room, throwing myself on the bed.

My heart was telling me one thing while my head was saying another.

I started over analyzing every interaction we had, thinking maybe I had the wrong idea from the beginning.

I had been sitting there, staring at the wall while my thoughts stirred, longer than I expected when there was a knock on my door.
