Once. Twice. Thrice.

Countless experiences of fighting clashed together with each strike. Kal'tsit has the advantage of time, accumulating countless kill counts in her hands during her lifespan. Meanwhile, Salter has the advantage of strength. The conceptual weight of the "Red Dragon" and her beloved sword Excalibur is something the former had not yet faced.

Due to Kal'tsit's subtle manipulation, the people around them are already cleared out.

Zoom-!

Boom-!

Seeing one of Salter's mana blasts casually destroying an entire cafe, her decision was proven correct.

Boom-!

Boom-!

Boom-!

Mana blasts were fired by her one after another. With her A++ Mana in exchange for her Magic Resistance's rank down, she is now free to shoot out Excalibur blasts as she wishes.

Utilizing the blinding light out of it, Salter briefly determined Kal'tsit's weak spots using her [Instinct–B], her sword wrapped with invisible air aimed at the latter's lower torso.

Clang-!

A metallic blade suddenly interrupted her strike. The power behind it is something that surpassed even its creators, pushing Salter back a few steps. Unbeknownst to her, a baleful red aura surrounded it. Mon3tr's red eyes glowed sinisterly, showing off intimidation that rightfully belongs to a dragon.

It turned into a black shadow before closely attacking Salter's front. Surprisingly, its swift strikes–done with four blades–aren't enough to falter her defense. She did suffer some wounds, but they are briefly healed by a healing factor.

'Avalon? She lost it in her original world...' Kal'tsit thought. 'It is a bad thing that she has it.'

Avalon, the sheath of Excalibur that is named from the land of paradise. Being wielded by its rightful user, it will prevent their death and invalidate attacks akin to [Garden of Avalon]. It even withstood [Ea], showcasing its true might.

'The restorative power hasn't appeared. It seems that the damage caused by the previous fight is no trifling matter. For now, forcing her to be ejected is the key to victory.'

After analyzing her strengths and weaknesses, she joined the clash once more. With her addition, the fight soon turned into a stalemate. While they have five blades on their side, Salter is skilled enough to manage her wounds. She is ruthless enough to take damage to reduce her losses more.

Zoom-!

Mon3tr fired off its converged light attack (i.e., laser) on her, only for most of it to be disintegrated by her armor. It is her [Magic Resistance–B] working. Granted, it could not nullify the laser attack completely. The impact behind it was transferred to her body, which then threw her offbeat for a moment.

Sou-!

In that brief moment, a silver blade came at her head. Salter briefly dodged it the best that she could, but it still connected with her headpiece.

Crack-!

It cracked before disappearing into motes of golden light.

'..!'

Her instinct warned her of danger approaching her once more. She promptly crossed her arms before receiving another laser attack. It is more intense than the first one, pushing her back for a few feet. Even so, she gathered some of that momentum to swing down her sword, blocking Kal'tsit's rapier. the force behind that blow was seen through by [Great Sage]. It is simply detrimental to be pushed back at this stage, which is why she abandoned her rapier moments before it clashed with Salter's blade.
