Imagine Enzo taking advantage of you and the next day he leaves and doesn't want to meet you again
You had been warned, about a handsome vampire who went with the name Enzo. You had been told that getting together with him would end up being a mistake, you had heard stories about him and your friends tried to keep you away from him. Everyone knew he was the kind of guy you'd fall for, instantly, and they weren't wrong, because one way or another you ended up meeting him.
You immediately felt attraction, he had it all, the good looks, charming personality, incredibly sexy smile, and let's not forget - the accent. How could you not grow feelings for him, he was the ideal boyfriend you had been dreaming of for years now. After going through Stefan, Tyler, Kol and a brief thing with little Gilbert, you were craving for something none of them could offer and it seemed like Enzo could provide what you wanted.
So obviously you and him found yourselves in your bed, making out and exploring each other's amazing bodies in the heat of the moment. It was mind-blowing, it was absolutely incredible and you had never before experienced anything so wonderful, so pleasuring and so perfect. His soft lips on your skin, his hands touching your thighs and waist and his hips slamming into yours - it was like a dream.
You fell asleep with your head on his chest, you cuddled yourselves into a peaceful slumber and stayed under the soft covers, enjoying the warmth your bodies radiated. It was perfect, really, you felt like this was what you wanted and needed and had to hold onto, but the next morning, you woke up to an unpleasant surprise.
You raised your head from the pillows and noticed yourself being the only one in the big bed of yours. There was no Enzo, only a warm wrinkly spot where he had shuffled off and to elsewhere. You expected, or more like dreamed, him to be downstairs, making you breakfast without a shirt and greeting you with his sleepy, low, sexy voice whenever you'd appear. The thought made you jump out of the bed in excitement, and head to your kitchen while putting on a shirt you grabbed from the floor.
You tiptoed down the stairs, and into the room where you imagined a familiar smell of fresh coffee float around, but when you walked in, there was nothing or no one. You knitted your eyebrows together, now becoming suspicious - had the charming vampire thought of you as a one night thing, played with your feelings and left you all alone?
You spotted a note on the counter, and you made your way to it quickly, needing to know what it read. You grabbed it while biting your lower lip, praying with all your existence that it would be something cute from your crush.
Y/N,
When you read this, I am most likely already gone. We had good fun, but please, do not try to contact me or find me. You are gorgeous, funny and great, but I don't want to turn this into anything serious. We slept together, and that is all I am willing to give.
Enzo x
Your smile faded away, but all you managed to pick up from the letter was the words gorgeous, funny and great. So he must have liked you at least a bit. Which was enough motivation for you to put on some clothes, make a sandwich and eat it on your way to Damon and Stefan's place, where you expected to find the brothers. You knew that Damon and Enzo were somewhat like friends, though had their past but for sure Damon knew him well enough to know his phone number, right?
You entered your car, and drove to the Salvatore boarding house where you knocked on the door. Stefan opened it quickly, and with a smile welcomed you in. Even though you and him dated once and broke up, you were in really good terms with how you knew each other and you had managed to start a friendship which was so far going well.
You greeted him, and walked further into the house, looking for Damon. The dark haired vampire showed up soon, with his usual smirk on and leaned against a wall, while his eyes gazed at you. You scratched the back of your neck, and flashed a careful, pretty smile.
"Do you, uh, have Enzo's phone number?", you asked and both brothers groaned loudly.
"You did not", Damon said and covered his face with his palm. You turned around only to see Stefan repeating the act, and you crossed your arms in annoyance.
"I decide who I sleep with, okay. Now do you have that number or not?", you snapped and Damon broke into a nod. He told you the digits, and you tapped them on your phone, creating a new contact with Enzo's name on it.
"Before you go and call, let me just warn you, he doesn't usually look for anything too serious. I don't think he wants a relationship with you, Y/N", Damon pointed out, but you just scoffed and walked to the front door which you opened, ready to leave.
"Pfft, sure he does", you grinned, and left the house, leaving the Salvatore brothers glancing at each other knowingly. They were ready to comfort you when Enzo would break your heart, which they knew would happen, and soon.
You picked Enzo's number and called him, while driving around, possibly towards Mystic Grill or your house. You tugged on your lower lip with your teeth, while you waited for the man to pick up his phone and answer, and eventually, he did.
"Enzo?", you asked, and you heard him take a deep breath.
"Y/N. Did you not see my note? I don't want to see you or talk to you. Never again, love, goodbye", he spoke, leaving you confused and taken aback by his rude words. He ended the call, and you stopped your car in front of Mystic Grill, but you didn't leave. You just sat there, in your car, staring at your phone in shock.
So all you meant to Enzo was a girl he slept with. Nothing more, nothing less. You let your head fall to your hands, and tried to cope with the fact you and Enzo would not in fact have the future you dreamed of.
He broke your heart, indeed.
