Imagine Kai and Klaus arguing about which one would be a better boyfriend for you

A booming laughter echoed through your house and you sighed deeply while covering your face, as the noise didn't seem to end and came out of a certain Original's mouth so full of amusement and mockery it made the other participant in the conversation want to dig out his organs. Yes, the one and only Niklaus Mikaelson was standing face to face with Kai Parker, both wanting to be your boyfriend and now arguing about which one would be a better one. 

So far you were kind of liking it, but they stretched it out to the point where it was just silly, childish, and testing your limited patience. Both Kai and Klaus were handsome as hell, and so protective and caring towards you, and so, so bad which had always attracted you, but this didn't seem to have an end. The fight had been going on for hours now and you were afraid you would have to sit there, in your living room for the rest of the day, listening to them bicker and argue like you were a piece of meat they both wanted to be theirs. 

You peeked at the two of them from space you created between two of your fingers, but kept your hand in contact with your face, not wanting to see too much of the fight they always knew how to continue. After several hours, they still had stuff to fight about and new subjects to pull into the mess you knew was going to be born the second Kai walked into the house where you were with Klaus. 

They were both kind of close with you, and you had invited Klaus over but Kai had decided to pay a surprise visit. So an instant flame of anger and need for the girl ignited and they both forgot about your presence and they yelled, shouted and mocked each other, now for what seemed like the fourth hour.

For sure you loved the attention and hearing the compliments, but what you didn't like, was standing in a serious Elena Gilbert-situation. You didn't want to have to choose one, you didn't want to be in this kind of place where you'd have to look at the two dreamy men and pick one. You wanted to have them both, but you weren't sure if you wanted to date either. Maybe you just wanted to keep what you had right now. Friendship, a great one, and a strong bond which was nearly unbreakable - this fight over here now proving whether the bond would handle all the pressure on it or not.

"Mate, if you think you're, as you said, a villain, or a bad guy, you might want to re-evaluate. Y/N likes someone who can protect her and kick arse at the same time, but you're only a pathetic attempt at messing Mystic Falls up. Look at what this petty little town has been through - my brother, Kol, was a major pain in the behind, Katherine Pierce wrecked lives as often as she changed her clothing, Silas was ten times better at witchcraft than you, even Alaric Saltzman, a history teacher, has a more impressive background on being a bad guy, than you!", Klaus explained, making Kai grow angrier second by second.

"And then there is me. The Original Hybrid, the worst of all, the one who makes the residents of Mystic Falls quiver and shake with fear. I am best of all, Kai Parker, and no matter how hard you try, I will be better for Y/N because I can guarantee her safety and the kind of protection, love, and pleasure she needs", Klaus continued and grinned his infamous grin at Kai who snapped and used his magic to throw Klaus into a wall.

You gasped and tensed up, knowing that this could get ugly. Besides from a few punches here or there, their fight had been verbal so far and the fact that they were starting to get physical and violent, could mean awful things. Sure Klaus was invincible, and Kai wasn't too easy to beat, but you were afraid of them getting hurt and that was why you opened your mouth and nearly begged for them to stop but Kai was before you with talking.

"I don't care how much of a big bad wolf you are, Klausy. I've heard about you, and I know you terrorized this town and it's people, especially a certain Salvatore brother, a Lockwood werewolf, an innocent Gilbert girl and let's not forget, your own family. But I guarantee, I am equally bad, my friend", Kai said, his voice getting deeper and more dangerous the more he talked. 

"So get the hell out of here, and let me love Y/N because she and I both deserve happiness, and we both know, that with you, she will never be anywhere near happy!", Kai broke into a shout and threw Klaus out of the door. You saw him growling on the ground, and you knew it was going to get horrible so you let Kai walk outside and close the door behind him.

You didn't want to go between them, but you didn't want them to fight either, which was why you were very confused on what to do. But you ended up sitting on the couch, thinking, pondering and swirling the matter in your mind, and finally, you realized who you wanted to be with.

And you were ready to start a relationship with him.
