Imagine being the Gilberts' neighbor and Elena, Bonnie, and Caroline set you and Jeremy up

"Listen up lil' Gilbert - you're being a pathetic sad little man. You know, hell, we all know that you have a major crush on Y/N so drag your ass to her front door and ask her out!"

Jeremy glared at Caroline, who smiled smugly and crossed her arms after lecturing the young man. Bonnie and Elena nodded their heads to support Caroline, and it only caused Jeremy to groan out and fall deeper into stress and frustration.

It was true. He had a huge crush on you, each day he looked at you when you left the house to take out the trash or to pick up your mail, and his mouth went dry and his eyes widened every time he saw you from his bedroom window. He could easily see you in your own bedroom, taking off that shirt and tossing it away, revealing your bra. But before you could take it further, you always closed the curtains, much to Jeremy's disappointment.

But it was one satisfying, yet bittersweet moment.

"Jer, Care's right. If you love her, you shouldn't just watch from aside as she eventually finds happiness with someone else! You're a great guy and I know she'll say yes if you just go and ask her out", Elena reassured her brother, who ran his hands along his face, not wanting to do what he was being pushed into, but he knew that he should.

"I'm gonna take a shower. In the meanwhile, you three can make me some breakfast. If it's good, I might just go over to Y/N's house", Jeremy scoffed and left the kitchen they were all four in, now leaving just the girls as Jeremy walked into the bathroom.

"He's going to jerk off thinking about Y/N."

"Of course he is!"

The girls could hear the water in the shower not running anymore, meaning Jeremy was coming back after thirty long minutes. They had time to plan a way to set Jeremy up with you, but they just couldn't come up with anything. Until Bonnie, like the smart amazing girl she is, had a fantastic idea they were ready to put into action.

"Jeremy wanted milk, right? We should tell him there's none in the fridge and force him into going over to Y/N's place to get some!", Bonnie exclaimed and Elena agreed, clapping her hands together and showing her respect for the intelligent little witch.

"Get some, for sure", Caroline said with a cheeky look and earned giggles, while Elena hid the milk cartons. When they were all three seated, eating some breakfast they had done for Jeremy as well, the boy walked into the kitchen and felt suspicious because of the sudden silence, but sat down and started to eat his baked eggs and bacon.

"Wait... Where's the milk?", he questioned and got up from his seat, and then walked to the fridge, "I swear I bought some yesterday!", he added and scratched the back of his neck. Caroline let out a suffocated laugh, but to draw Jeremy's attention elsewhere, Elena jumped up from her seat and walked to her brother.

"You should go and check out if Y/N has any, Jer", she suggested, and Jeremy grunted at their choice, out of all their neighbors, but walked to the front door anyway where he started to put on his sneakers.

"I hate you all, you know that, right?"

Jeremy left the house of giggling girls and with a bare chest and only sweatpants on, he made his way to your front door and carefully knocked on it. He rubbed his hands together nervously and swung on his feet, waiting for you to open the door and when you did, he took a sharp breath in and bit his lower lip.

"Hey Jer... Oh", you muttered and felt the words rising in your throat sinking back down when you saw the cute Gilbert boy standing on your porch without a shirt. You had to do some serious work to not drool - you had never seen something so gorgeous. The sun was shining brightly and made Jeremy's flawless, slightly moist skin glimmer. His abs got most of your attention and you couldn't help but look at them, or his big muscular biceps, or his broad shoulders or his hips that were barely covered by the waistband of his boxers that you could see from underneath the sweatpants hanging on his waist loosely. It was an amazing sight, really, and the two of you just stood there, quietly and shyly. All flustered and covered in pink blush.

You looked around and saw Jeremy's sister, and her friends standing at the Gilbert house's door, giggling and enjoying the situation. You scratched the back of your neck and looked back to Jeremy, who looked like he had been structured by angels, and you swallowed thickly before opening your mouth.

"So... What's up?", you asked, not sure what else to say, and leaned against the doorway while fiddling with your fingers awkwardly. After all Jeremy had come to you, so he probably had something to say.

"Uh, do you, um, do you have any milk? Because I- we're all out and I, uh, I kind of need some so...", Jeremy stammered and you broke into a smile, and nodded.

"Sure, wait here and I'll go get you a carton", you said, and left Jeremy alone at the door as you went to fetch some milk. While you were in your kitchen, picking up the milk for the boy from next door, Caroline, Bonnie and Elena encouraged Jeremy to ask you out. When you returned, the girls quickly went inside and Jeremy looked back to you, his gorgeous eyes twinkling with affection when he gazed at you in all your beauty.

"Here you go...", you mumbled and with a faint smile handed the carton of milk to the boy who gave you a shy grin. He thanked you, and was about to leave, but before he could leave your yard or you could shut the door, he returned to you.

"Wait, Y/N, um... Would you like to go out with me?", he asked and you flashed a wide happy smile at him while nodding your head quickly. You agreed to go on a date with him, and when you had planned a day and a time, he left with the milk and returned to his own house.

Back in the Gilbert house, Elena showed the milk Jeremy had in fact bought, but had been hidden. He turned bright red, with anger and humiliation, but ended up thanking the three women for doing so - after all, he had a date with you later that week.
