You watched your boyfriend play on the pitch, and he did amazing for you. However, Arsenal fans thought he was doing poorly. You didn't believe that, and you believed he was doing his most excellent.
Football was always his passion, and he loved it when younger. He thought it was cool being in the spotlight and famous, yet it had its downfalls. All the hate went to Saka. Although he always poured his heart into the sport, people thought it wasn't enough.
The match ended, and everyone cussed your boyfriend around you. You always felt upset for Saka, yet you could never imagine what went through his head. You excused yourself from your friends to greet your boyfriend until Trossard stopped you.
"Tross, can you move? I want to see him." You asked him.
"No can do, princess. Saka wants to be alone for a while."
"Can I knock on the door and see if he wants me there?"
"Fine."
You walked to the room Trossard told you your boyfriend was in and knocked on the door.
"Babe, do you want to talk about it?" You asked gently.
You heard the door click, and assuming he wanted you in there, you entered the room. You saw your boyfriend with tears in his eyes and rolling down his cheeks. You cupped his face and kissed his forehead, hugging him shortly after.
"I don't know what I did wrong... I was just trying my very best..." Your boyfriend broke down in your arms.
"God, baby, you don't deserve this..." You tried to comfort him. You had to leave the stadium and go home. You told the team that he would stay home with you, and they were all fine with it. You held Saka's hand the whole time you drove, kissing it occasionally.
As soon as you both got home, Saka immediately headed to the bedroom with slumped shoulders. You knew he was upset, so you posted on social media, leaving him alone for a while.
After seeing how he got treated, you spoke up on social media as racism or any other form of derogatory words isn't acceptable and respectful. You posted one or two paragraphs saying how disgusted you were after seeing the football fanbase.
You eventually got into bed next to Saka and when he woke up the next morning, you were still sleeping. He checked his Twitter and saw your story about speaking up about the entire situation. He couldn't help but tear up, as he has such a caring girlfriend.

AN: As an Arsenal fan, I cannot help but feel disgusted about how the players get treated. It is appalling in this day and age people are still getting treated like this, it disgusts me.
