"Yeah, that kind of depends on the circumstances on what exactly you're planning to-" Austin began.

"Give me knowledge of the government in exchange of the knowledge that will be permitted to be given," Cameron demanded softly.

"Wait, what sort of knowledge are you trying to convey that you want to know?" Austin asked.

"Anything," Cameron stated bluntly. "Anything about the President and how your system works."

"Well, I don't know what to mention that would be relevant to your rebellion. Our base is underground, only accessible with our communicators. The President lives in the White House, which personally makes no sense to me seeing as you literally broke down the building a while back," Austin said. "Speaking of which, can't you just... do that?"

"I could just do that, but are you suggesting it?" Cameron asked.Austin stayed silent, and Cameron continued. "I could kill him right away. If I got past your entire system, at least, but unfortunately I'm not invincible. And if I want to change the system, I have to make everyone in the United Provinces agree with how I'm going to change things."

"How exactly are you going to change things? If you preach it, you could easily get people to believe it," Austin said.

"Here's the thing. I don't know what I want to do for the future if I overthrow him yet. Plus, there's his loyal forces I have to consider. I don't want to hurt anyone," Cameron said. "Now I know that sounds idealistic, but I have a substance that can temporarily get rid of people without hurting them. But I don't want to do that against their will."

"But if you're technically fighting for your own will, then why does the will of the innocent people matter to someone like you?" Austin asked.

"I don't know, it just matters to me," Cameron replied. "I'm not the malevolent villain most dystopian fiction novels would depict a person with a role like mine is. I'm actually a human being who wouldn't hurt anyone for the sake of his own goals. Come on, I swear, I'm a good person. For once there's a so called 'villain' who uses his powers for good."

"Have I said enough about how our system works so far?" Austin asked, then cleared his throat. "Oh yeah, I'll mention that our underground base basically goes everywhere in the U.P. All the stations are in certain places of the provinces and as I mentioned earlier, communicators are needed to access that stuff. So it wouldn't be easy for anyone, not even you, to get to it."

"I do have that substance I mentioned earlier, but anyway, I should tell you where my base is," Cameron said. "It's in this exact province... the northeast one right?"

 "Right," Austin said.

The rest of us were getting bored standing idly around as the two chatted away, but at the same time, we'd probably need to know this for future references. "It's safely concealed in the forest right near this park," Cameron said. "There's three parts to the base which aren't too hard to access... if there weren't guards around it."

"How powerful are the guards?" Austin asked. "And how tolerable would they be if people went near it?"

"Well, unless I gave confirmation that you guys were okay, they'd probably try to beat you up and leave you in the park," Cameron said, looking down at his phone. "Speaking of beating up, Alex just told me there's... chaos back at the base. I must go now, bye!"

He disappeared in antimatter again, and before Austin asked why I didn't tell him about the disappearing, I said, "Oh, that's the substance he was talking about... he uses it to teleport and shit and make people not exist."

"Dude, he could've wiped us all out!" Dylan squeaked.

"But he didn't," Zephyr said, looking at his watch and dropping his voice to a low whisper. "Why, would you look at the time! Hehe, time to go feed homeless people."
