"So," Cameron said. "What'd they say?"

"A lot of them were absolutely delighted. Some of them didn't care," I replied. "At least that's what I got."

"Same," Zephyr chimed in, and Jack and Will nodded.

 "Oh, okay," Cameron said.

He looked down, seemingly sulking. "Hey, what's wrong?" I asked.

"Just..." Cameron thought for a moment. "The stupid Behemoth Corporation. They don't understand me."

 "Eh, screw them," Zephyr said.

"Yeah," Cameron agreed. "At least I got you guys. I'm pretty glad I got you guys, actually."

 "Aww," Jack smiled.

"Mhm," Will said. "If the Behemoth Corporation won't try to understand the feelings of others, then they can all screw right off."

"Is this pertaining to Anderson too?" Cameron asked.

"Partially," Will replied. "So now what?"

"I'm quite motivated now, thanks guys," Cameron said. "Like, I'm seriously pumped up about what we're doing. In fact, I guess this is an exaggeration, but I can't wait till the time for change comes."

"It won't be too hard to pull off, right?" Will asked.

"It won't be too bad, I hope," Cameron replied.

"Good, because I'm not into the whole life risking thing," Will said.

"Uh, Cameron," Jack whispered. "Did you take a moment to realize that you're in the government base. And not in an antimatter space?"

An alarm sounded, and a security camera was pointed towards our group. "Shit, see you guys later, I guess. Hopefully everything will be ready by then," Cameron said, teleporting into an antimatter space.

The rest of us jumped slightly at the shock, and next thing we knew, we heard President Phake's voice over the intercom. "Pardon the interruption. Can I see Iris Airlotte, Zephyr Aeolus, Jackson Ayres, and William De' Soto?"

"My name sounds weird..." I grumbled as we walked to the transporter that led to the White House.

"I think it sounds nice," Zephyr said.

"Of course you're the first to jump to that," Jack laughed.

"What do we say when President Phake asks about Cameron? Because I'm pretty certain that's what he's gonna do," Will sighed.

"Just say we only saw him for a moment and we couldn't fully see or catch him," I replied. "Because technically that's not fully a lie... we only did see him for a short moment."

"Good thinking," Zephyr teased. "Kind of like back then when you lied to yourself about your own feelings for me."

 "Shut up," I laughed.

We stepped into a transporter and I immediately felt jittery in a weirdly aggressive way. I remembered those few encounters with the President I had, and most of my thoughts about him were about him doing nothing for the damn country. His presence bothered me. It bothered me more when we made it to the White House. I also wondered how early the time would come for the rebellion, and how surprised the President would be. Because that day, he'd actually have to walk out of the White House, the very place of which he always sheltered himself inside of. Screw him.

Zephyr knocked on the door once we got to the White House, and the door immediately opened. "Are you the people the President called down?" the butler that greeted us inquired.
