So I just thought of this cool story thing since I been binging murder drones a bit. If this does well I'll make more.

(Story starts a few days after the colony invasion as sonic is seen running through the snowy darkness before he runs up the tip of a tall but destroyed building)

Sonic: *sighs* well... I can't say I haven't been making progress. I found five of the chaos emeralds, but still no sign of tails, Amy or knuckles.
(He looks up before it then flashes back to how his fight against the end went, sage throwing super sonic at the end as he drill's straight through the end before it explodes with cyber energy which engulfs everything)
Sonic: I guess that thing from cyber space must've sent me here. I had the emeralds when I beat it, so I must've traveled through space. But did I travel through time too? Are Eggman and I the only ones here?
(He looks down and starts to think)
Sonic (thinking): (are all the others... gone?)
(He shuts his eyes before opening them again as sonic puts a hand on his hip)
Sonic: well, guess I'll find out soon enough!
(He suddenly starts glowing a bunch of different colors except purple)
Sonic: huh? Heh! Looks like I found number six!
(He jumps off of the building as he grabs a piece of scrap while falling as he starts using it as a snowboard as he slides around for a bit)

(He slides into a graveyard of more dead drones before stopping himself)
Sonic: oh goodie, another one of these.
(The yellow, cyan, blue, green and white chaos emeralds appear around sonic as they're glowing even brighter now)
Sonic: it's here somewhere though.
(He starts looking around rummaging through the drone remains until he eventually finds the purple emerald that's glowing)
Sonic: ah-ha! There you are!
(He picks it up as it then hovers along with the other five emeralds)
Sonic: only one emerald left, I'm on a roll! Sure beats finding a bunch of keys! Surprising that eggman hasn't caught on yet...
(He shakes his head)
Sonic: don't dwell on the if, sonic! Time to juice!
(He puts the emeralds away before bolting off as it then cuts back to the colony as Eggman and khan are discussing a new door project)
Khan: this is incredible! Why didn't I think of applying such defense mechanisms on my previous doors?
Eggman: probably because you didn't have me around to tell you!
