Novalee was wrapped up in a blanket with fat Louis in her lap. She sat in between Billy and stu. Sidney sat next to Billy, cuddling up to him, while Tatum was on the other side of stu with a bowl of popcorn in her lap,

Randy laid on the other couch by himself surrounded by snacks and drinks, yelling at the stupid characters in the movie they were currently watching,

They had been watching movies all afternoon, and it was already nighttime, and novalees' eyes were getting heavy. She was too tired to keep her eyes open,

She slowly closed her eyes, her head falling on stu's shoulder, stu glanced over, feeling pressure on his shoulder, he saw novalee alseep, with her head resting on his shoulder,

He looked back at the TV but leaned his head on novalees, his eyes slowly closing, the voices from the TV slowly droning out,

Slowly, everyone else started to fall asleep.

The sunlight burst through the curtains early in the morning, novalee lets out a small groan as the sunlight hit her face. She slowly opened her eyes, realizing that she was leaning on stu, who was still alseep,

She carefully sat up, letting out a small yawn, rubbing her eyes. She glanced at the others, noticing that they were all still asleep, fat Louis had traded places, and was now sleeping in Billy's lap,

She took the blanket off of herself, covering stu back up, before heading to the bathroom,

After she was done with everything she needed to do, she decided to make breakfast for everyone. It should be easy.

She decided to make waffles, and she easily made the batter for the waffles before she started to make the waffles in the wafflemaker,

She also decided to make some scramble eggs, she turned on the stove, and grabbed a pan before taking out the eggs,

"What are you doing?" Startled, novalee jumped a bit, turning around, seeing Billy standing by the door frame

"I'm making breakfast, waffles, and scramble eggs. You like waffles, right?" She asked. He nodded, walking over to her ,

"Yeah, go sit, I'll continue making breakfast," he said, "I can do it billy," novalee replied with a slight shake of her head ,

"Doctors said you should be taking it easy. You didn't take it easy yesterday, so you're taking it easy today. Go sit," Billy told her,

Novalee pouted a bit. She didn't want to agrue with Billy, so she went to take a seat at the dining table, turning the chair to face Billy,

"So, how are you feeling today? Have you taken your medication yet?" Billy questioned, "I'm feeling okay, and I haven't taken my medication yet. How are you feeling today, Billy?" Novalee asked,

"I'm doing great, I'll feel better if you take your medicine," Billy told her, grabbing her medication, handing it to her, before getting a glass of filling it with water, gently placing it on the table in front of her,

"Thanks, Billy," novalee said, taking her medicine and a sip of water,

"Morning guys," Sidney greeted, as she walked into the kitchen, slightly rubbing her eyes ," morning sid," they greeted back, 

Fat Louis purred, rubbing his head on novalees leg, she smiled, bending down and picking him up, it was a bit difficult picking him up with one arm, but she did it, settling him on her lap, petting him,

"Can I at least feed my cat?" She questioned, looking at Billy, who shook his head, "No, I'll do it,"

Sidney looked between novalee and Billy, with a slightly confused look on her face,

Novalee turned to Sidney, "sid, can you tell your boyfriend that I can feed my own cat? "

Billy turned to Sidney, "Can you tell your sister that she needs to take it easy? "

Sidney let out a small chuckle, "I'll feed fat Louis, and I'll finish cooking because you're burning the waffles," as in cue, the smoke alarm rang,

Novalee bit her lip, but she couldn't help the laugh that escaped her, Billy looked over at her, a smile appearing on his face, a few chuckles leaving him, as Sidney threw away the burnt waffle, turning off the fire alarm ,

The others had woken up by the smoke alarm and had walked into the kitchen to see what happened,

"Did Billy try to cook again? Seriously, Billy, you have to stop trying to cook. One of these days, you're gonna end up burning down the house," Tatum said,

"You can't cook?" Novalee asked, raising an eyebrow at Billy, who sheepishly chuckled ,"sorry?"

"Billy can't cook to save his life," Randy said, stealing a waffle, "Shut up meeks, you burnt water last time," Billy replied, taking a seat next to novalee, as did stu

"Morning, Nova, " stu smiled at her, " Morning, stu, sorry for waking you up with the smoke alarm," novalee said, stu shrugged ,"it's fine,"

"Leave the cooking to the girls, boys." Tatum said, with a slight shake of her head,

"Well, while you guys are willing to make us breakfast, can you make me a banana, strawberry milkshake?" Novalee questioned

"I want one too," Randy said, "me too,"Billy and stu said,

"Alright, we'll make them," Sidney said, and the four of them cheered,

Sidney chuckled, shaking her head, before she started to grab the ingredients for the milkshake.
