"I'm going to tell you something, something that you might get mad at me and stu, something that would make you never look at us the same again ," billy told her,

"What is it billy?" She asked, reaching out and grabbing Billy's hand, he pressed a kiss to the back of her hand,

"We killed your mother," billy told her, his brown eyes staring into her honey brown eyes

"What?" Novalee asked , "stu and I, we killed you're mother on September 28, 1995 , " billy told her

"You're mother was sleeping with my father, I was upset about it but that wasn't what made us kill her, she..she was the one that pushed you down the stairs nova, stu overhead my dad and your mom talking about it , so we made a plan on killing them both but we only managed to kill Maureen because Sidney almost caught us. " billy explained

Fat Louis hissed at him as novalee scoffed ,"get the hell out now!" She said

Hank scoffed ,"No, your mother and I are going to have some fun, and like I said you can join us, I bet that pussy is as good as your mother's, maybe even better ," hank said looking in-between novalees legs

"You sick fuck! Seriously get the fuck out now!" Novalee shouted,

Neither of them moved ,"Alright fine, I have it your way. I'm calling the cops," she said, turning around to walk back into her room but she heard fat Louis hissed before hank cursing

"Novalee don't," Maureen grabbed her arm and novalee struggled against her mother

Her mother slapped her and novalee stared at her full of hurt and shock and before novalee knew it, her mother was getting further away

Maureen face turned into shock staring at novalee who fell down the stairs , soon novalee made it to the bottom, laying very still on the ground as a pile of blood started to pool around her head

"No, no! Novalee!" Maureen ran down the stairs, kneeling besides novalee

"Call 911!"

"Cotton weary was one of the men you're mother slept with and he was there that night. We snuck in aftwards and killed her, Sidney must've seen cotton leave and we were lucky that she thought it him that killed Maureen and blamed on him, " billy added, Snapping novalee from her memory

"Gale weather's doesn't think cotton killed my mother, she wrote a whole book about it," novalee said,

"You read her book?" Billy asked with a raised eyebrow , and novalee nodded ,"yeah, I was bored , anyways that doesn't matter, why are you telling me all of this billy?" She asked,

"Because...because I need your help killing stu's parent's. I don't want to involve stu , I know he won't kill his own parents, and I can't do it alone, " billy told her, novalee nodded ,

"Nova? Billy?" Billy and novalee turned to their heads to the living room, seeing stu siting up, rubbing his eye's,

Novalee turned to look at billy, "I'll think about it, " billy nodded, "and billy...I remember what happened that night.....I'm not mad at you or stu, I understand why you did it," she told him before walking into the living room ,

Billy let out a deep breath, before walking towards the living room ,prying that novalee would say yes.
