How do you get the motivation to write?
I've suffered from writer's block a few times. When it happens I push through and make myself write the chapter. Then later I will come back and edit the chapter to give it life.
Sometimes you'll get to parts of your book that are not as fun to write as other parts.
My tip is to just make yourself write out the basics of the chapter and come back later.
Have your siblings read your book?
So I have three siblings. An older brother, an older sister, and a younger brother.
My sister and younger brother know about my book but haven't read it. I begged my sister to read it. She claims she doesn't like reading on her phone. 🙄
Which character do you relate to the most?
The character I relate to the most would have to be Katie. Writing her character I used a lot of my personality traits and amplified them a bit. One of the biggest differences is Katie is a lot more forward and more likely to say her opinion. Where I am a little shyer.
