Reese's POV

Heavily breathing, I lifted a single bag that I will bring to the mansion downstairs.

Aidan messaged me that he will pick me up. My family is currently residing in the unit his family provided for us.

"It is not even heavy." My mom whined while she pulled the luggage that I was carrying. She lifted it in one hand.
"Why are you panting when it is too light?"

It is heavy. Hmp. I am tired.

Just when I threw myself at the couch, the buzzer vibrated. My boyfriend is here.

"What took you so long?"

"Baby, I just messaged you five minutes ago." He answered. He walked straight to the kitchen and handed me water. "I told you to wait for me. Did you carry this?"

I nodded.

"Just wait for me next time, okay?" He cupped my cheek.

"You know Aidan, that is why Reese cannot do everything on his own because you are spoiling him. How can a young man be tired of lifting a single bag?" My dad bravely scolded him.

"Well, he can be used to it. He will be with me forever anyway." Aidan said.

Forever with Aidan? Sounds good.

When we reached the third floor, Mama Miles threw confetti straight at my face.
"Welcome to our new permanent resident. yoohoo!" He yelled straight to my ears and Aidan was so quick to cover them for me.

"Here's your cake." Mommy Ira handed me his homemade cake. It looks good but I bet he writes it himself seeing how messy the penmanship is. That is Mommy Ira's only flaw for me.

Aidan put my luggage inside his room and left me here. It seems like an ordinary day. I am always here so there is no difference.

"I am the happiest. Finally." Mama Miles uttered.

"I am happy too. Finally, Aidan will stop bombarding my phone whenever we're not together." I chuckled.

"Follow me," Mama said. Where is he bringing me again?

I didn't ask and just follow him downstairs instead. Just a few minutes passed, and Mommy Ira is also sitting with us.

"Why are we here?" I asked.

"To plan for Aidan's birthday party." Mommy Ira answered.

"But Aidan doesn't like birthday parties?"

"That is why you need to be the head of this plan. He wouldn't be mad if it was you. He will think that you doing this surprise is the sweetest thing ever." Mommy Miles said. Makes sense, Aidan will never be mad at me when it doesn't involve other guys.

"Call."

"Sweetest cupcake ever." Mommy Ira kissed my forehead.

Our first official meeting started today. I want it to be anime-themed. Aidan is turning 18 though. Is it fine with him?

"Can we do a black party instead? Anything black. It suits his personality well." I chuckled.

"Black party it is then." Mommy Ira agreed.

"We should apply black lipstick and let's go shop for our outfit tomorrow." Mama Miles suggested. Okay, priority first. We should plan our outfits before anything else.

I was already in my room chatting with them while my boyfriend here is busy giving me a blank look.

"It is just your mom and mama." I know what he is thinking.
