"So she admitted that she loves you?" Abhay's voice broke through my reverie, bringing me back to reality. I tore my gaze away from Reethu to meet Abhay's curious eyes.

"Yeah," I replied, a smile tugging at the corners of my lips. "That's good, right?" Ishan chimed in, his face lit up with excitement.

I nodded, unable to contain my happiness. "It's more than good," I admitted, feeling a rush of warmth spreading through me at the thought of Reethu's confession.

"Did you take her on a date? Like a proper date?" Abhishek's question pulled my attention back to the conversation at hand. I shook my head, feeling a pang of guilt for not having planned something special for Reethu.

The boys looked at me with a mixture of disappointment and annoyance, prompting me to make a quick decision.

"Boys, smile!" Reethu's cheerful voice interrupted our discussion, and we turned to see her with her camera, ready to capture the moment.

We obliged, striking funny poses as she snapped pictures of us, her laughter filling the area and brightening up the atmosphere.

After the impromptu photo session, we decided to explore the city further, with our next destination being the grand canal of Venice.

As we walked through the bustling streets of Venice, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia wash over me. It was surreal to see my childhood friend, Reethu, now in a loving relationship with Shubman.

"I love these two together," I remarked, taking a sip of my drink as I watched Shubman and Reethu sharing a private moment.
