Chapter 17 - To Kalos!

In this chapter Ash and Serena land in Kalos where they decide to go to professor Sycamore's lab to greet them. But surprisingly, Clemont and Bonnie are there and Ash and Clemont end up having a battle!

Narrator: Last time, Ash and Serena went on a ferry, leading them off Cinnabar Island, back to the main land. But as they were traveling quietly, someone interrupted their peace. It was non other than Pokemon hunter Rico!

Thanks to Charizard's help, Ash and Serena managed to chase Rico and stop him with his evil plans. Officer Jenny soon arrived to put him back in jail.

But as things went on, our heroes are set to miss their flight. Luckily though, officer Jenny just managed to get them there in time! Now we join our heroes as they are on the plane to Lumiose City.

Both Ash and Serena were sitting beside each other in the plane, finally getting some relaxation after some stressful moments.

Pikachu had a seat for himself and sat by the window, watching through it and staring at the clouds. Occasionally he was able to see a few flying type pokemon but there weren't too many flying on this altitude.

Ash looked at Serena and smiled as she had her eyes closed for a moment. He put his hand on her inner thigh and gently stroked it with his thumb. Serena seemed to love the it as she let out a soft noise of appreciation before looking at him with a smile.

"I'm glad we made it in time." Serena said. Ash nodded. "Yeah, if it wasn't for officer Jenny, we would still be on the ground, all fed up with not being able to leave right away." He replied.

Serena nodded in agreement before speaking. "Yeah, although I don't think I would want such a ride from officer Jenny any time soon again. When she parked her bike infront of the plane, as it was about to go up in the air, I genuinely thought we were gonna die."

Ash chuckled a little. "Yeah. I think I'd rather wait for the next flight then aswell." He said before adding: "Although I have to say. That woman got nerves of steel. I wouldn't be so sure of myself when a plane as large as this one was about to run me over."

Serena giggled a little but couldn't help that she shivered a little at the thought. "Luckily it didn't happen." She said. "I wouldn't want to think what I'd do without you."

Ash smiled at her and then pulled his hand from her thigh before putting his arm around her and pulling her slightly toward himself. "I would be in more trouble without you than you without me." He laughed a little.

Serena joined his laughter but as it died down moments later, she gently laid her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes. They still had a long flight to go and night was approaching so some sleep wouldn't be a bad idea.

Ash watched her with a happy smile on his face. He felt perfect again. Perfect now that she once again had re-entered his life.

He looked at Pikachu and to his satisfaction, the little rodent was fast asleep aswell. Now Ash too closed his eyes before resting his head atop of Serena's.
