I'll cherish the love you've always bestowed,
My heart, a lock, by your key is owned
In prayer to Allah, I whisper the plea,
Inshallah, let your heart intertwine with me.
With patience, I wait, hope never undone
Your absence makes coping a battle hard won
Ya Allah, make him the chosen one,
His presence, a victory yet to be won
No other boy captures my true affection,
He's my dove, my sanctuary, my soul's connection
Beyond Allah, he brings me peace,
Completing my puzzle, a love's masterpiece
Jaan, my world, and so much more,
The thought of losing him, my heart would implore
Moving on feels like an impossible feat,
I'll beseech Allah, my prayers on repeat
For you, I've penned my devotion so true,
Missing your voice, recalling our games we'd pursue
The distance between us, a throbbing pain,
My tears bear witness to a love restrained
I sense your pain, believe me, it's true,
A few more years, and dreams may come into view.
In every prayer, your name finds mention,
A query arises, how long this separation?
The agony we endure, it weighs like a chain,
Driving us to depression, causing mental strain.
Again and again, I lament and reminisce,
Your eyes, your hair, your sweet endearments.
Calling me your jaanu (love), your rani (queen), and more,
We banter like it's a playful war
In the abyss of longing, my heart in tow,
Without you, my spirit sinks low
Be mine, for all eternity, Together we'll carve a new identity
Let's embrace a life of tranquil unity,
Entwined forever, in love's serenity
