Limited options, trying all in view,
Fears of judgment, my face turns hue
Acne plagues, anxiety grips tight,
Weight struggles, a relentless fight
Medical conditions, out of my command,
Yet laughter echoes, hard to withstand
It's not a joke, it pierces deep,
Wishing to escape, to find relief
Symptoms overwhelm, a relentless stack,
Medications lined, in a pack
Longing to end this suffering, to feel stronger,
Yearning for respite, to endure no longer
