In the quiet of the night, with stars aglow,
A husband's words to his beloved, low:
"My name, dear zawja inscribed in time's decree,
Fifty thousand years ere sea met sky, you see"
Before the dawn of the universe's birth,
Before the heavens embraced the earth,
In the realm of eternity's domain,
His name was whispered, without refrain
Beyond the grasp of mortal understanding,
Lies Allah's plan, infinitely expanding
Inscribed in the scrolls of divine decree,
His name, a testament for all to see
So in the union of sea and sky above,
They find a symbol of eternal love
For in the timeless expanse of Allah's decree,
Their bond is written, for eternity
