Do you recall our love, so pure, so bright,

In distant days, when laughter filled the night?

Despite the distance, our bond stayed strong,

But now, apart, my heart feels so wrong

Together, we reveled in joyous glee,

In your arms, I found my solace, my key

Yet life's course shifted, paths rearranged,

For our faith, we chose to make a change

Separated now, my heart mourns and yearns,

Longing for the day when my soul returns

In patience, we endure, in God's embrace,

Holding onto hope, waiting for grace

Until the day we join as one, in sacred vow,

When love's truth shines bright, no longer in doubt

Till then, my love, our bond remains untied,

But in my heart, for you, it never shall hide
