I wish I hadn't witnessed that scene unfold,
Words fail me now, my feelings untold
My voice quivered, my sight blurred,
Betrayal's truth, from lips unheard
There you were, with another by your side,
Your embrace, her presence, could not hide
In that moment, I felt invisible,
In a world where trust is divisible
You pursued her while ignoring my plea,
Returning to me with silence, so empty
How could you carry on a secret affair,
Leaving me to question, to despair?
You asked for my support, as if all's the same,
But how could I, when trust went up in flames?
Was our love merely a facade, a disguise?
Our bond shattered now, beneath love's lies
