It pains my heart to share these words with you,
Accepting the truth for what it is, hard but true
Your parents welcomed me with open arms,
Such happiness, but now I must convey alarms
My own parents, I tried tirelessly to persuade,
Yet they reject you without reason, my heart dismayed
You're incredible, so why this rejection, I wonder why,
Night after night, all I can do is silently cry
