Encumbered by my restless mind,
A unique realm, one of its kind
Always haunted by the shadow of fear,
Life's path ahead, crystal clear
Nervous whispers, a grip uncontrolled,
Within the mind, a cavern unfolds
Social spaces, a labyrinth of unease,
In fear, my words hesitate with ease
A silent scream, echoes unheard,
Peer pressure's weight, my vision blurred
Sleep eludes me, hours stretch long,
In the shadows, where I don't belong
Alone, I dare not tread,
Fear's companion, a constant thread
Overthinking echoes, a relentless spat,
"Do they perceive me as this or that?"
I yearn to silence these thoughts, it's true,
Perhaps someone, somewhere, holds the clue
A helping hand to guide me through,
A lifeline cast in the darkness's hue
