there was no exact explanation for the way she felt about him.
the only interest cherry had, was breaking down whatever stupid prophecy she was being accused of.
percy only made things harder for her.
cherry despised the way he didn't take anything seriously. how could she debunk this myth of the pure-soul she's looking for, is a rude middle school boy?
