when her father went to pick her up, she had to physically restrain him and reveal that her and percy were friends.
cherry's father couldn't believe it.
after everything he'd done to her, they were friends?

but, her and percy had spent the entire summer basically glued to eachother.
her and thalia also got along well, besides the occasional argument they had about percy.
cherry was always going to percy's defense; or annabeth's, or grover's, no matter what they'd done.
nobody understood percy and cherrys friendship. it was such a random thing. they would miss the pairs stupid arguing at ungodly times of the morning.
