her pretty red shoes were probably gonna end up dirty.
she wanted to go back home to her beautiful palace, with all its wifi, and unnecessary rooms, where she was free of a stupid annoying boy named percy.
"i am not cut out for this, oh my god. i'm so tired." cherry complained, with a groan.
"yeah, we can tell." percy insulted, with a giggle.
"you should go home." cherry rolled her eyes.
thankfully, their mutual friend was quick to stop their argument.
he'd been doing that all day.
"somewhere up ahead, this turns into a satyr path." grover pointed out.
"what's a satyr path?" percy questioned.
"it's a road through the wilderness. satyr explorers use them. harder to track us."
"that's great, but if we stay in the wilderness, how are we gonna find a phone?"
cherry wanted to cry at the mention of a phone.
she missed her phone so bad.
"what do we need a phone for?" annabeth questioned.
"so we can call camp. t-to get help." percy reminded, holding the brown box he'd received from luke.
