"Don't say shit to me right now, 'ian tryna' talk," He told her genuinely.

He was so mad that he couldn't even speak to her, he didn't want to end up saying things that he didn't mean.

Daila just sunk down in the seat, laying her head on the window as he cranked up the car.

She just knew that things were just going to go downhill from there.

She occasionally glanced over to him, she wanted to speak but his body language was telling her not to.

From the way his leg bounced rapidly to the way he illegally sped down the empty backroad. He was obviously pissed.

After about ten minutes he arrived at Daila's apartment complex, parking in his usual spot before unlocking the doors.

"You good? He do something to you?" He asked, breaking his silence.

"No, I'm fine I-

"'ight then," He cut off causing her to frown.

"We're not going to talk about it?" She asked him when she noticed him not getting out the car.

"Nah, go ahead," He answered, his tone expressing no emotion. It was just...dull.

"Okay," She replied softly as she grabbed her things before opening the car door, then getting out.

She couldn't help but notice that he didn't look at her, which threw her all the way off.

She definitely hated when he was mad at her, she just felt a recurrent pang in her chest when she thought about it.

Producer #Ezrah has been arrested for assaulting another male at Dixon Movie theater, videos surfaced (Swipe to view) of Ezrah beating the male unconscious, the victim also suffered a broken nose, jaw, and rib. Allegedly, the altercation was over his girlfriend, #DailaPerkins, who had been grabbed up by the victim. Roomies, what y'all thinking?

"Daila, why the fuck is my brother in jail over you? What happened?" Kafeya immediately said when the call connected.

Daila sighed before explaining everything, she already felt like shit and she was ready for Kafeya to make her feel worse.

She hated that she was wrong but she was, and she couldn't even be mad about Ezrah being mad at her because he had tried to tell her.

All she could do was just take the consequences, she decided that it was just time to toughen up and deal with it.

"Now Daila.."

"I know, Kafeya. I know, you don't even have to say it. It already happened so I can't take it back, do you want money for his bail?" Daila asked.

She was stuck. She fucked up and she didn't know how to fix it.

Sure, people had been mad with her before, but this was Ezrah, she didn't want to mess around and do the wrong thing. Again.

"We already got him out girl, it's really nothing else to do. He home, and he still mad as hell," Kafeya reported, she loved her friend but she was wrong as hell.

She wanted to give Daila the benefit of the doubt but she knew that Daila knew that if roles were reversed, she would hate to see Ezrah go out with another woman after she asked him not to.

"Kafeya, I don't know how to fix this. How do I fix it?"

"Honestly, I think you should just give him some time. Ezrah knows that he doesn't communicate well when he's mad so he's not trying to see you right now," Kafeya said, explaining to Daila what Ezrah told her.

Ezrah was cooling off a bit after the incident, but when he got sent to jail it just pissed him off more.

Mainly because all of this could have been avoided.

"...Okay," Daila replied simply, of course she had plenty more questions but she knew that this was something she had to figure out on her own.
