"You okay Ezrah?" Kafeya asked her older brother as he stared at the tv, watching Family Guy.
"I'm cool," He lied
"Be for real, how you feeling? She told me what happened," Kafeya asked causing him to release a deep breath. The situation was clearly stressing him out.
It had been about four days since it happened, and four days since he'd seen Daila.
"Ion even know now, I was mad as hell at first. Shit, I'm still mad. But I ain't tryna' be too harsh on her, she don't be understanding shit and-
"Don't make excuses for her. Yes, she doesn't understand some things. We all know that, but she knows that she was wrong for what she did. She needs to take accountability for that. I love her but she was wrong, and she's not going to learn anything if people keep babying her," Kafeya explained causing him to sigh, only because she was right.
"I do agree that you shouldn't be too harsh on her though, just don't let her off the hook. She hasn't had a relationship before so she might not understand that you weren't trying to control her, just setting boundaries," Kafeya added causing Ezrah to nod,.
"I ain't planning on being too hard, couldn't even bring myself to do that. This whole shit just fucking wit' me tho' 'cause she ain't seeing shit from how I'm seeing it,"
"Ion know bruh, I be tryna' explain to her that's she can't trust everybody but she don't fucking listen," He stressed.
"That's something she has to experience on her own Ezrah, I know you love her but you can't do everything for her,"
