*This starts in the dark world. Kris went to the Color Cafe to relax. They walked in, and Susie was just talking to who appeared to be some travelers about Kris being "squeamish".

"I am not squeamish. You coughed up an entire skeletal structure and then wanted to keep it." Kris said.

"Whatever you say." Susie said.

"I have gone into multiple caves that were nests for spider demons, and every time I stepped on bones and almost died." Kris stated.

"Kris?!" A familiar voice said.

Kris recognized the voice. It's Luz.

"Luz?!" Kris said. "Oh my god...uh...hi."

"What..."

Kris didn't know how to react.

"Uh...did you...okay...I have a lot of questions, and I have a good place to ask them. Come on." Kris said. They brought Luz and her friends to the research lab. "This wasn't a great time, considering the fact that the weather sucks balls. Oh well."

"Okay, this is new." Luz said.

"Yeah. Come inside."

They went inside, and Kris sat them all down in a room.

"Okay, Luz, did you bring them here through the portal?" Kris asked.

"I showed them the portal but it looked like it was glitching out, like in a video game." Luz answered.

"Alright, were there any quick, noticeable changes?" Kris asked.

"Uhh...the sky got darker, everything got really colorful, and our outfits changed." Luz answered. "Also, you're all like...science-y now."

Kris snickered. "Yeah, I can get pretty serious sometimes. I can see that Amity is wearing a nice dress, meanwhile you have a suit of armor, and the rest of you have some sort of outfit."

"Why are you wearing armor?" Hunter asked.

"Because I am." Kris answered.

"What's it made of?" Gus asked.

"Titanium. Protects against darkner demons. Their bites are infectious, and I like not being a demon." Kris answered. "Yes, this is a very expensive suit of armor, titanium doesn't come cheap."

"Does magic exist here?" Willow asked.

"Yes, magic exists. I personally use my dnd dice for magic, and the only magic I can do without having to have something in my hands, is a simple light spell, which is where I trace the sigil on my palm, and then touch my palm. Releases little balls of light, which can explode into smaller ones." Kris answered.

Suddenly, Medic burst into the room and shouted about a containment breach...in German. Willow and Amity quickly slowed the demons down and restrained them, and Kris and Medic put them back into containment.

"Oh my god...thank you. Thank you so much. How can I repay you?" Kris said.

"You don't need to!" Amity said. "We just wanted to help!"

"O-okay...uh...do you want to join the research team?" Kris asked.

"Sure!" Luz answered.

They went through the process.

"Okay, uh...I don't know what now." Kris said.

"Huh."

Kris saw a spider. A small spider. It didn't look like a normal spider. Kris pulled out their knife and chucked it at the spider, and....it proceeded to birth more spiders. Kris immediately whipped out their lighter, on flamethrower setting, and immediately set the wall ablaze.

"Well....that took care of the spiders. Now the wall is on fire. Uh...I'll call my mom." Kris said. They called Toriel. "Um...mom...I'm at the research lab....and....a wall is on fire. What should I do? ........did I set it on....maybe. Look, I saw a spider, I threw my knife at it, and it birthed more spiders. What was I supposed to do?! ......yes, I have some friends with me...can we put out the fire in some way...? Yeah, it's just a small fire. I do have a water bottle...uhh...yeah I'll try."

Kris threw the water at the fire, but that didn't help.

"Yeah okay so that did nothing." Kris said. "Uh...okay yeah it's getting worse. Wait...I do have an idea."

Kris ran outside, got themself a nice bucket, filled it with water, ran back inside, and put out the fire.

"Okay yeah I put it out." Kris said. "It's all fine."

"What happened here?" A familiar voice said from behind.

Kris's blood ran cold. They immediately knew it was Asher standing behind them.

"Um...the spider's dead." Kris said.

It all ended up alright in the end.
