"The Redcoats are coming! The Redcoats are coming!" Garrett said nervously in a small chant.

Josie actually found that quite hilarious and a good chant for the Volturi.

She could just imagine it in a funny little cartoon with animated versions of the Volturi wearing bright red coats and those fake fangs just slowly running at you and the animated Cullen and friends having these battle looks on their faces all whilst in the background Ancient voices are whispering the red coats are coming over and over again.

Josie was shaken out of her thoughts by the sound of snow crunching under shoes.

(Suddenly Aro and his army become visible and it's clear that they outnumber the Cullens and their witnesses, Edward watches Aro as they walk towards them)

"Aro's looking for Alice. He's seen Josie." Edward said to his allies.

Rosalie clutched onto Josie a bit harder from where Josie stood in Rosalie's embrace.

As soon as they saw the witnesses, Josie moved to stand by Rosalie, holding her hand as she stared down every single guard that she could. Her main focus being Jane, Alec, Demetri, and Felix. Chelsea and Kirin were also some that she had her eyes on.

From all the strategies that she had heard over the last few weeks, those were the power players.

The ones who were important to Aro, Caius, and Marcus.

(Suddenly howls rang throughout the forest. You can hear the crunch of snow, as new players enter the chess board.)

(As Aro and his army get closer, we see the wolf packs coming out to join the Cullens and their witnesses, Jacob in his wolf form comes and stands next to Bella, Renesmee and Edward. Leah flanks Rosalie and Josie whilst Seth headed over to stand beside Tanya and the Denali coven who were standing close to Josie and Rosalie. )

(Aro and his army stand in a line facing the Cullens and their witnesses, Carlisle walks forward, as the obvious leader and their best negotiator.)

"Aro, Iet us discuss things as we used to. In a civilized manner." Carlisle said calmly. Keeping his voice level and his face neutral.

"Fair words, Carlisle. But a little out of place, given the battalion you've assembled against us." Aro said looking towards the man he once called a friend.

"I can promise you, that was never my intent. No laws have been broken." Carlisle promised.

"We see the child. Do not treat us as fools." Caius spit out. Not liking how this was going already. He deemed it a waste of his time and just wanted to end them.

"She is not an immortal! These witnesses can attest to that. Or you can look. See the flush of human blood in her cheeks, hear the beat of her heart!" Carlisle suddenly raised his voice.

Making some of the witnesses and even the Cullen coven members eyes widen. Never having heard Carlisle raise his voice before. This was unusual, but if also told them just how he felt about this situation.

"Artifice!" Caius exclaimed.

"I will collect every facet of the truth. But from someone more central to the story. Edward, as the child clings to your newborn mate, I assume you are involved." Aro said as he stared Edward down.

(Edward looks at Bella then makes his way towards Aro, as Bella watches Edward walk towards Aro she uses her powers to shield Edward, but she grows upset when she realizes that her shield isn't at that level to extend that far just yet.)

(As Edwards reaches Aro he extends his hand, Aro takes it and uses his power to read his thoughts and realizes that Renesmee is not an immortal child)

"I'd like to meet her." Aro whispered. Hungry for knowledge on this child and her origins. Wanting to know how it was possible that she was conceived.
