7th January, 2023: Saturday

Nanon @ 7:01 PM

Beaming, I strolled into Chit Lom Station. I skipped my evening break to finish early and pretended to have a headache to leave quickly without any obstacles.

I'm really looking forward to seeing him again today. Now that I'm here, I'm not sure if he travels on Saturdays.

"I was curious whether we would cross paths on a Saturday." I turned when I heard a familiar voice and saw Ohm smiling at me. It seems, both of us were curious about the same thing.

His two friends smiled broadly and waved at me from behind him.

"Hi!" I greeted Ohm and glanced at the two guye standing behind him.

Ohm glanced at me a little while longer, a small smile playing on his lips. It nearly caused me to feel flustered. He gestured towards his friends. "This is Jean, and that's Jay."

"Hey Nanon!" They both greeted me at the same time.

I smiled and looked at Ohm. Did he reveal my name to them? And they recall it?

"Well, we'll look for some snacks as we go." Jay grabbed Jean's hand and quickly disappeared from view.

As I peeked over, Ohm's eyes met mine with an overwhelming expression.

"You're here sooner than usual." I motioned for him to begin walking.

"You are too," he replied.

I smiled without making eye contact. We both fell into a comfortable silence as we strolled together.

"Where are you off to today?" As we approached the pass-swipe, he inquired.

Pausing, I turned to look at him. "I reside in Khao San."

He gave a quick nod, deep in thought. "I live in Thonglor." He said.

I scratched my head, pausing for a moment. Then I turned to face him. "On that day, I accidentally boarded the wrong commute."

He looked at me briefly, his face shifting from surprise to uncontrollable laughter. We both chuckled, then locked eyes for a brief moment, our smiles never fading.

However, as we locked eyes for a prolonged moment, our smiles disappeared, and the intensity of our gaze grew.

It seemed like time was passing by too quickly once more.
