“why is everyone running like this?”
Adheer asked looking at the staff and guards running around the huge hotel as if searching for something. Ashwin and Karthik shrugged off while Mythili looked at him in disbelief before rolling her eyes
“how do we know? We were with you only, idiot"
“oh! I thought Bangalan would have found out by now using her black magic”
Mythili looked at him with wide eyes in shock, Adheer smirked at her but soon his expression turned into a painful one when Mythili slightly punched his stomach
“you stupid meerkat!!”
Before she could get her hands on his hair, Vidharth came there shouting her name and pulled her into a hug suddenly
“Mythili!”
Mythili stayed stunned because of the sudden tight hug, she took her time to process whereas Vidharth hugged her closely as if he had his soul back, and it was not wrong too.
When Vidharth woke up he searched for Mythili everywhere, and once again all the negative thoughts started roaming in his mind. Her going away, something might happen to her, he failed to protect her too, her leaving him forever etc… he started searching for her everywhere, ordering the staff and his man to find her, along with his elders to start searching for her and then they come to know that even Adheer, Ashwin and Karthik too is missing.
Vidharth decided to go out and search for them when he saw them walking inside while looking at the surroundings in confusion. He runs towards Mythili and hugs her tightly.
He feels like his restlessness gets peace, and his soul comes back. In her absence, he loses his mind the only thing he wants to see is Mythili.
And is it obvious to behave like one? He who never once gets love, care and affection suddenly gets someone who loves him, cares for him, understands him, shows him the right path, and is his comfort zone where he can be himself… why would not he get scared of losing her? Mythili feels his fear and restlessness, slowly she wraps her arms around him and caresses his back to calm him down
“my angel…”
He whispered lowly under his breath, Mythili almost unheard his words even after being this close to him but then he whispered the same word last night too so she understood them.
Suddenly Vidharth pulled away from the hug and glared at her
“Where have you been? Where did you go at this early hour of the morning? Even if you leave, you should have been informed. Why would you act in such a manner mythic, neglecting the potential dangers that could harm you? I tirelessly strive to ensure your safety from external threats, I spent sleepless nights just to keep you safe. And yet, what do you do, Mythili?... You go out, exposing yourself to these enemies waiting for an opportunity to cause harm. I don’t understand what thoughts race through your mind. Do you believe that your combat skills ensure your invincibility or protection from harm? You seem to believe solely you can protect, worry, unite, love, and care for everyone, only you, not me. Do you realize the anguish and fear you caused me? My mind was tormented by countless negative thoughts, yet your focus was solely on seeking amusement outside.—“
