VANYA
After putting the close sign at the café, I checked my watch. It was almost midnight and I need to clean everything here.
I first planned to finish doing all the dishes because that's something I hate most. But before that I played a random old hindi song.
"Kabhi kabhi mere dil mai yeh khyal aata h ki jaise tujhko banaya gya ho mere liye."
"Tu abse pehle sitaro mai bas rhi thi khi, tujhe zameen pe bulaya gya hai mere liye."
I smiled.
I love this song. There was something special about this song, something divine.
Whenever I feel low, I listen to this. I know there would be no one strong enough to love me and honestly I don't want that either.
But I love myself. I love my every dimension. And this song reminds me that I am the creation of all the constellations. I have my flaws, but I am as natural as other human being.
I took a deep breath and when done with dishes, I put all the books back on the rack.
That boy with familiar eyes, he didn't even read any book from here. I want to know that why he chose to eat plain Maggie when we serve it in at least twenty different varieties.
I have seen many people here in this café but there was something different about him. Like my instincts were forcing me to know more about him.
