"I missed you, Y/n," Jimin said still hugging you.

It made you feel some mix of emotions. You feel happy hearing him say that. You missed him too and you wanted to say it but you just stayed silent. You also feel kind of sad hearing that. It made you think. You thought of all that happened between you two. Why does he need to be involved in some bad things? Especially, a murder and worse, your parent's murder case.

Why does it need to happen? Why did it have to be him? The man you love of all people. Why him?

Your situation is so fucked up but you can't deny the fact that you still love him. Despite all of this. You still do.

If you have one wish, you'd wish that the murder didn't happen. It's the root of all of this. If only Jimin's parents are nice people and not some criminals then all of this should've been prevented. Your parents would still be here. Jimin and you can be together in peace and just live happily. In love with each other.

Your life was pretty good before all of this happened. Now, you realized that Jimin isn't the bad guy or neither Yeonjun. They're just another victims of Jimin's evil parents, just like the innocent people they killed. They're not bad people, they were just forced to be one. It's not their fault at all. If there's someone need to be blamed, it's Jimin's parents.

The thought of it makes your blood boil. They need to pay. For killing your parents. For ruining their son's life, and for runing innocent people's lives.

"Y/n," Jimin's soft voice, pulled me out of my thoughts.

"What are you thinking?" He said making me look up to him. My eyes meeting his gaze.

"Nothing," I answered. "I just missed you too." That made him smile.

You missed that smile.

It's been a long time since you last saw it, but then that smile on his face was changed by a serious expression.

"I'm sorry," He suddenly said in a low but sincere voice with a visible sadness in his eyes.

"I'm sorry about all of this. It hurts me seeing you in pain and even worse, I'm the one that caused it.." he continued but you interrupted him putting your hand on his face and caressing his face.

"No, don't blame yourself, you didn't do this, it's not your fault."

"But I-"

You shushed him by putting your index finger on his lips. "Yes, I blamed you and was angry at you at first, I'm not gonna lie. But i don't feel like that anymore. I understand now why you did it. I know you didn't meant to hurt me. You just did what you think was right for you. I would do the same if I were you. You're parents are assholes. I understand that you don't have a choice. But the most important thing is whatever you did back then, you regret it now. It's enough for me."

A pool of tears started to build up on his eyes but you quickly wiped it away.

"Don't cry." It breaks your heart seeing him cry but it makes you happy because you can clearly see in his eyes the regret and sincereness.

"D-Do you forgive me?" He asked you just nodded giving him a smile. He kissed your forehead and envelopes you into a tight hug.

"I love you," you heard him say. "I promise, I will never make you suffer again."

You unlocked the hotel room with your key and stepped inside. It's the next day, and you just finished eating breakfast downstairs with Namjoon and Jimin. But now, you're all alone since the two of them need to go somewhere. You don't know the details but It's somewhere related to the investigation.
